Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ un gran saludo para todos los que me visitan el día de hoy, en esta oportunidad uniendome una vez más a esta iniciativa semanal que propone el equipo de la comunidad y nuestra querida @joanstewart, creada por y para nosotras las mujeres. Y que mejor para continuar hablando como tema principal sobre nuestro género, ese que desde tiempos remotos lucha por alcanzar la igualdad y el respeto en sus derechos 

Si bien no a sido fácil quizás por los prejuicios, costumbres y culturas o simplemente porque así debe ser, hoy en día podemos decir que hemos logrado ganar una gran parte de terreno a nuestro favor, solamente al darnos la oportunidad de demostrar lo fuertes, valientes e inteligentes que podemos llegar a ser en determinadas áreas o desafíos que se nos presenten. Por mi parte sería muy bonito, imaginar un escenario en dónde las futuras generaciones no pasaran o sufrieran lo que muchas en silencio lo han hecho, verlas crecer y vivir libremente sin limitaciones y con igualdad y respeto que por derecho merecen tener.

Yo pienso que las mujeres han despertado, por así decirlo, en el sentido de decir ¡Basta ya!, quiero y exijo respeto, sin nadie que nos diga que hacer porque "según" las costumbres o religiones debe ser así. La mayoría de las mujeres hoy en día no esperan que su pareja o esposo llegue a la casa con el dinero y los recursos, al contrario, vemos más movimiento y la iniciativa de ser autosuficientes y valernos por nosotras mismas. Pienso que una de las estrategias más importantes es alzar la voz y no quedarnos calladas en ningún aspecto, unidas somos más fuertes y haremos el ruido necesario hasta hacernos escuchar. Muchas causas y organizaciones nos apoyan para poco a poco escalar y gozar de privilegios que antes por desgracia, nuestros ancestros y antepasados, no tenían. Romper esa cadena para no repetir patrones con las futuras generaciones es un buen punto clave y motivo para continuar luchando hasta el final.

#### **_💕¿Nos mantenemos en contacto con otras mujeres regularmente, comprobando si necesitan ayuda, compartiendo cargas entre nosotras y cómo?_**🤗

Quizás las mujeres en ciertas ocasiones nos guste competir entre nosotras, pero también creo que cuando nos unimos somos mucho más fuerte de lo que imaginamos. Al momento de facilitar ayuda somos expertas porque es nuestro instinto protector, razonamos con el corazón, por lo menos en mi caso tiendo a inclinarme más hacia ese lado caritativo cuando siento que alguien lo necesita, especialmente si compartimos el mismo género. Pienso que entre mujeres siempre nos tenderemos la mano, sin dudarlo.

Creo que actualmente gracias a la tecnología todas las redes que existen, de nos facilita estar en contacto con otras personas y relacionarnos manteniendo una buena comunicación, y se nos hace mucho más fácil estar al tanto de lo que le sucede, como está y por su puesto, si necesita ayuda con algún problema. Un ejemplo que tenemos en mi familia, que somos en su mayoría mujeres, creamos un grupo de WhatsApp en dónde escribimos eventualmente cosas relevantes que nos suceden, o simplemente para saludar o felicitar, sobre todo porque nos encontramos separados y vivimos en diferentes ciudades y países, y para mí es bonito, aunque sea por este medio, mantener ese contacto, y por si alguien necesitara algo, por una vía tan rápida, lo pueda hacer y así sepa que no está sola.

Hello dear friends of Hive ❤️ a big greeting to all who visit me today, this time joining once again to this weekly initiative proposed by the community team and our dear @joanstewart, created by and for us women. And what better to continue talking about our gender as the main topic, the one that since ancient times struggles to achieve equality and respect for their rights. 

Although it has not been easy perhaps because of prejudices, customs and cultures or simply because that is the way it should be, today we can say that we have managed to gain a great deal of ground in our favor, only by giving us the opportunity to demonstrate how strong, brave and intelligent we can be in certain areas or challenges that come our way. For my part, it would be very nice to imagine a scenario where future generations would not go through or suffer what many have done in silence, to see them grow and live freely without limitations and with equality and respect that by right they deserve to have.

I think that women have woken up, so to speak, in the sense of saying enough is enough, I want and demand respect, without anyone telling us what to do because "according to" customs or religions it must be that way. Most women today do not expect their partner or husband to come home with money and resources, on the contrary, we see more movement and initiative to be self-sufficient and fend for ourselves. I think that one of the most important strategies is to raise our voices and not remain silent in any aspect, united we are stronger and we will make the necessary noise to make ourselves heard. Many causes and organizations support us to gradually climb and enjoy privileges that before, unfortunately, our ancestors and ancestors did not have. Breaking this chain so as not to repeat patterns with future generations is a good key point and reason to continue fighting until the end.

Perhaps women sometimes like to compete with each other, but I also believe that when we unite we are much stronger than we imagine. At the moment of providing help we are experts because it is our protective instinct, we reason with our heart, at least in my case I tend to lean more towards that charitable side when I feel that someone needs it, especially if we share the same gender. I think that among women we will always reach out to each other, without hesitation.

I think that nowadays, thanks to technology and all the networks that exist, it makes it easier for us to be in contact with other people and to maintain good communication, and it is much easier for us to be aware of what is happening to them, how they are doing and, of course, if they need help with any problem. An example that we have in my family, we are mostly women, we created a WhatsApp group where we eventually write relevant things that happen to us, or just to say hello or congratulations, especially because we are separated and live in different cities and countries, and for me it is nice, even if it is by this means, to maintain that contact, and if someone needs something, by such a fast way, you can do it and know that you are not alone.
