Antes de nada me gustaría dividir este paso a paso en 3 partes, primero comenzaremos cortando los ingredientes, los vamos a lavar muy bien en en pequeño envase con un chorrito de vinagre, luego empezaremos cortando rodajas muy finas, la lechuga la cortaremos en cuadros más grandes y el aguacate en tiras del grosor de su preferencia.

El siguiente paso o parte de esta preparación será armar nuestro burrito, para ello tomaremos una hoja de pan y la cortaremos por la mitad para obtener 2 hojas más delgadas. Las colocamos una encima de la otra y empezaremos a añadir nuestros ingredientes previamente picados, incluyendo nuestros nuggets. En mi caso el orden que tome fue primero colocar la lechuga de forma lineal, luego unas rodajas de tomate, la cantidad del relleno quedará a su gusto.

Seguimos añadiendo ingredientes y esta vez le toca el turno a nuestros nuggets de lentejas los cuales cortaremos en tiras de mediano grosor, tres tiras por cada nugget estará perfecto. Seguimos la secuencia lineal y continuamos con las tiras de aguacate, también si deseas puedes agregarle algún tipo de salsa o aderezo al burrito, eso le dará un toque de sabor especial.

Finalmente el tercer paso será cerrar nuestro burrito o wraps, y para ello vamos a enrollar de forma envolvente asegurándonos de tapar una de las aberturas para que no se escape el relleno.

Listo amigos! hemos terminado así nuestra preparación de unos ricos burritos agregando un delicioso relleno de nuggets de lentejas, algunos vegetales, aguacate y salsa, una forma diferente, vegetariana y muy deliciosa para cenar, si deseas puedes agregarle más ingredientes al relleno cómo les dije todo se prepara a su gusto, pero partiendo de aquí les aseguro les encantará.
