_En Venezuela la situación del tema de la salud está bastante difícil ya que enfermarse hoy en día es prácticamente un lujo porque tanto vitaminas, medicamentos, consultas o intervenciones son extremadamente costosas, como estoy embarazada debo llevar un chequeo mensual de mi control prenatal por lo que asisto a dos controles uno privado que es donde más hacen las ecografías, lleva mi control el médico que me atenderá al momento de dar a luz y un control público que es un ambulatorio cercano a mi hogar donde llevan también el chequeo de como va la evolución de mi embarazo me coloco las vacunas necesarias gratuitas y me dan mis vitaminas como ácido fólico y hierro mes a mes lo que m permite ahorrar ese dinero para otros gastos como exámenes_.
>In Venezuela the situation of the health issue is quite difficult because getting sick today is practically a luxury because both vitamins, medicines, consultations or interventions are extremely expensive, as I am pregnant I have to carry a monthly check of my prenatal control so I attend two controls one private which is where most do ultrasounds, The doctor who will attend me at the moment of giving birth takes my control and a public control which is an outpatient clinic near my home where they also check how the evolution of my pregnancy is going, I get the necessary vaccines for free and they give me my vitamins such as folic acid and iron month by month which allows me to save money for other expenses such as exams.

_En el Ambulatorio dónde asisto el personal que trabaja allí son personas maravillosas, humildes, amorosas y de buen corazón, desde los doctores, las enfermeras hasta el personal obrero la verdad es que siempre que asisto a consulta me atienden muy bien, este martes ya me tocaba mi consulta de cada vez por lo que me levanté bien temprano para ir anotarme a consulta ya que como yo soy paciente sucesiva deben buscar mi historia y anexar lo que yo llevé nuevo como la ecografía y exámenes, antes de salir de casa lo primero que hice fue desayunar no salgo sin antes comer ya que mi bebé necesita que yo me alimente lo mejor posible, aparte prepare una taza grande de avena para llevarmela mientras me esperaba a ser atendida_.
>At the Ambulatorio where I go, the staff that works there are wonderful, humble, loving and kind-hearted people, from the doctors, the nurses to the workers, the truth is that whenever I go for a consultation, they always attend me very well, this tuesday it was my appointment every time so I got up very early to go to sign up for my appointment because as I am a successive patient they must look for my history and attach what I brought new as the ultrasound and tests, before leaving home the first thing I did was to have breakfast I do not leave without eating because my baby needs me to feed me the best possible, besides I prepared a big cup of oatmeal to take with me while I was waiting to be attended_.

_A las mujeres embarazadas antes de pasar por consulta nos toman la presión y nos pesan por suerte de ambas cosas estoy muy bien, luego nos anexan los exámenes y ecografías nuevas a la historia para llevar el control de que uno asiste a control prenatal por allí, nos pasan por el médico nutricionista quien siempre nos da muy buenas charlas para llevar una alimentación balanceada, por último pasamos por el médico que lleva nuestro control por allí en mi caso es el doctor Robinson que debo decirles es el más querido por todos, calidad de persona y eminencia en su trabajo, el doctor se toma su tiempo con cada uno de sus pacientes en especial con las embarazadas ya que les pregunta de todo y examina muy bien para saber nuestra condición_.

_En consulta me preguntó cómo me había sentido este último mes le conté absolutamente todo, en los exámenes que lleve salieron perfecto al igual que la ecografía me dijo que las medidas del bebé y peso van bien para las semanas, midió mi barriga y reviso a ver mi presión arterial y peso, por ahora gracias a Dios está fino por lo que me recomiendo seguir con mi alimento, no tener mucho esfuerzo físico ya que al principio tuve muchos problemas pero lo mejor es evitar y estar tranquila, me mando hacer solo examen de orina y hematología para este mes que viene, de las vacunas estoy completa y pues me encontró muy bien, al terminar consulta me dió ácido fólico para un mes y me dijo que estuviera pasando por el ambulatorio a ver si llegaba el hierro_.
>In consultation he asked me how I had felt this last month I told him absolutely everything, the tests I took were perfect as well as the ultrasound, he told me that the baby's measurements and weight are going well for the weeks, he measured my belly and checked to see my blood pressure and weight, for now thank God it is fine so I recommend me to continue with my food, He ordered me to do a urine test and hematology for this coming month, the vaccines are complete and I am very well, at the end of the consultation he gave me folic acid for a month and told me to be going through the clinic to see if the iron arrived.

_Es súper importante que las mujeres que se encuentren en esta hermosa etapa de embarazo lleven su chequeo mensual para que así al momento de dar al luz al llegar a cualquier institución pública principalmente en Venezuela el médico que las vaya atender vean la evolución de su embarazo así evitar cualquier mala situación, es importante también tomar las vitaminas diariamente eso va a ayudar mucho al crecimiento de nuestro bebé al igual que realizar los exámenes que su medico les indique_.
