This video by JoM Squared, a University of Nebraska film student, shows today's implosion of the Cather and Pound dormitories on the campus of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aWTybwFMRg The dorms have served more than 50,000 students since opening in 1963, and cost $7.3 million to implode. The university will create a green space in the area where the dorms stood. Go Big Red!
