A feature to separately display Plagiarized and Spam contents on the Steemit Website.

I think we should have a separate column on the Steemit.com website where **plagiarized and spam contents** are categorized as shown in the picture above. 
There is already a system that ensures that contents are flagged by **"Cheetah and Steemcleaners,"** but these contents are still left among the *'original contents'* which makes it impossible for readers to differentiate between what is spam and what isn't. ![image.png](https://res.cloudinary.com/hpiynhbhq/image/upload/v1508954268/axxulcpjj0dato0yx7ig.png)

I think the developers at Steemit should create that special section for "Plagiarized and Spam" contents so they are recognized for what they are.

**How will this work?**
Since Cheetah and Steemcleaners can flag plagiarized articles automaticall, these flagged contents should automatically be relocated to the Spam folder.

You would not be needing human interaction since Cheetah and Steemcleaners are automated. All this contribution seeks to achieve is to get is a system that will automatically categorize flagged articles into the **Spam folder.** A filter of some sorts.

I agree with @espoem that spam/plagiarism detection can be improved. Cheetah and steemcleaners still have their shortcommings. I however think this is a very good idea but needs some profound thinking implementation wise. Therefore I'm accepting it on Utopian.
