The very difficult aspect of a thing should be your motivation to make it work. Because it is hard is the more reason why we should never stop striving because, right inside that bitterness is a sweetness that will make it all worth it. 

Too many are quick to dump themselves whenever there is something to do. Difficulties help us factor into the scope of things as is and when we are done going through the motion our efforts are rewarded.

Fill yourself with enough energy so that, when you get into the work mode, you will be able to appreciate the sour grapes and bear the heavy burden.

Success is not a factor of hard work and neither is it based on cunning. Everything must take it's full circle to be able to return in the portion it was designed to come back in. 

Success, winnings, prosperity, wealth, fame etc are never easy to come by, they are a product of constantly putting into work your best efforts. Never see the situation that stares at you with fear and failure as one that can kill you.
