Life is a journey and embedded inside that journey is a school that allows us learn vital lessons as we wonder through in strength and weakness. 
The lessons we get to learn are mostly what we come to see and or experience in our time here.

Yes, **Dream** when you are sad. Trust me, it works and always will work. 
Which would you rather do, dream or scream? 

I got to learn to dream whenever I am sad and this started out from when I was still a teenager living on the streets and struggling to make a living.

I figured it was better to dream about what I will want out of life whenever I was down instead of wailing or crying as, help never comes those days I did cry about the situation.

Dreamers are the happiest and most forward thinking people alive and if you learn to dream, you will have found a way around the difficulties.

Being sad is a process as much as being happy. It is up to you to see through the veil and decide what you want from life.
Staying sad takes more work than just simply relapsing into the dreamland and who knows, you may just have your dream come through.
