My evergreen playlist for today is **[Until the end of time](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Until_the_End_of_Time_(Tupac_Shakur_album))** by the late American rapper and actor, **[Tupac Amaru Shakur](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupac_Shakur)** from his seventh studio album and third posthumous album. 

Tupac known as a symbol of resistance and activism against inequality, is credited for using rap music to address contemporary social issues that plagued inner cities, ghettos and the free society is considered by many to be one of the greatest rappers of all time.

Before there was these rap music now doing well and making stars of these new age rappers, there was  2Pac aka 'Makaveli the don kiluminat' who stood his ground and gave voice to rap music during the era when it was considered a rebellious anthem against authorities. 

There is beauty in music and I will forever be grateful for finding it at an early age because, it helped shaped my life in ways school and the ever judgemental society could never have.

The song,  [Until the end of time](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Until_the_End_of_Time_(Tupac_Shakur_album)) featured [R.L](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RL_(singer)), formerly lead singer of the now defunct musical group [Next](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Next_(group)) who gave the music the much needed hook. You cannot deny the soul that followed the song and how we all just love to sing along.

As humans, we are all broken in one way or the other and because broken wings cannot fly, we all need to heal.
Tupac was condemned because he was considered a 'thug', a title he gladly flaunts and even went on to make 'Thuglife' a thing. But, he left behind in his music and interviews nuggets that makes you have a rethink about who he really was.

Born **Lesane Parish Crooks**, he died from gunshots wounds sustained during a drive by shooting in Las Vegas on the night of September 7, 1996. It is a shame he had to leave that early.
