I Packed Too Much

It has been so many times when I watched some photography tutorials on Youtube that encouraged me to take simple photos to avoid so much noise and also to avoid clutter on the photo result.

Because too many cluttered objects will battle to attract the viewer's attention, but I think I could not just yet really understand that and apply it to the subject and my approach in taking those shoots.

This appears to be a landscape photo, with a rather dull sky on the farthest point, and a hill in the background. And then big buildings in the middle, then I have some trees, before ending up with those people who are running in the jogging track in the foreground. What do you think, did I pack too much in this photo?
