My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2023
Hello everyone!

Aside from my husband, we have another patient today. My sister woke me up this morning because our mom was dizzy. Her blood pressure was high. Because she was nauseous, we just let her get some sleep for hours before giving medications. I went to the market and bought essentials—food especially fruits, and medicines. When I got home, I cleaned and put away my purchases. Then, I cooked for lunch because my sister also had to go to the market for her sari- sari store. I seemed to have a lot of energy until noon so I continued doing other chores. I washed clothes and cleaned the house.
