Friends of @emotions&Feelings what a pleasure it gives me to greet you again in this opportunity. There are many things, situations and experiences that I want to share on this platform. Sometimes I wish I had many hands and time to write and express my feelings and emotions that I live and feel day by day. I know I must go step by step. 

Today in particular I was going to publish another post. But something happened and that is that my son who is in Argentina wrote me and told me how lonely and sad he feels. That he is having a very bad time***. Friends my heart crumpled when I read those words. You have no idea what those words did and do make me feel.

Life has not been easy for all of us. Those of us who are in Venezuela and those who have had to leave. I have tried by all means not to let myself fall or fall apart. Because I know that my children who are outside need my support. Knowing that I am here for them keeping their spirits up. Saying words of motivation, confidence, security, faith, hope for better and better things.

Amigos de @emotions&Feelings que gusto me da nuevamente saludarlos en esta oportunidad. Son muchas las cosas, situaciones y experiencias que quiero compartir en esta plataforma. A veces quisiera tener muchas manos y tiempo para escribir y expresar mis sentimientos y emociones que día a día vivo y siento. Se que debo ir paso a paso. 


Hoy particularmente iba a publicar otro post. Pero algo sucedió y es que mi hijo que está en Argentina me escribió y me dijo ***lo sólo y triste que se siente. Que está pasándola muy mal***. Amigos mi corazón se arrugó cuando leí esas palabras. No tienen idea de lo que esas palabras me hicieron y me hacen sentir.

La vida que nos ha tocado a todos no ha sido fácil. Los que estamos en Venezuela y los que han tenido que partir. He tratado  por todos los medios de no dejarme caer ni desmoronarme. Porque se que mis hijos que están fuera necesitan de mi apoyo. Saber que estoy aquí para ellos manteniendo su ánimo arriba. Diciendo palabras de motivación, confianza, seguridad, fe, esperanza por  cosas cada vez mejores.

Both here and in other countries the situation for many is not rosy. I know that we have to fill ourselves with a lot of wisdom and enthusiasm for life. In spite of the good and not so good things that happen to us, there are always reasons to grow, to learn, to overcome, to get up, to keep going, to make an effort, to motivate ourselves, to perceive at every moment the magic of living, to feel and enjoy how wonderful it is to see the sun, to breathe, to walk and to love to live.

To appreciate the simple things in life, to share what we have with others, material and non-material things. Giving tokens and gestures of support to others, generosity, empathy, consideration and love is what is truly worth and remains, besides giving meaning to our life.

The enthusiasm that we can transmit to others is contagious to those people who need a little push or help to move forward, start or continue with their purposes in life. We do not know what we are going to live and because we simply do not have a crystal ball to see our future. But if every day we put love to what we do, we give a smile to others, shows with joy despite the fact that each person has his or her very personal life inside.

Tanto aquí y en otros países la situación para muchos no es de color de rosa. Se que tenemos de llenarnos de mucha sabiduría y entusiasmo por la vida. A pesar de las cosas que nos suceden buenas y no tan buenas siempre hay  razones para crecer, aprender, superarse, levantarse, seguir adelante, esforzarse, automotivarse,  percibir a cada instante la magia de vivir, sentir y disfrutar de lo maravilloso que es ver el sol, respirar, caminar y amar  vivir.

Apreciar las cosas sencillas de la vida, compartir lo que tenemos con los demás, cosas materiales y las no materiales. Dar muestras y gestos de apoyo a los demás, generosidad,  empatía, consideración y amor es lo que verdaderamente vale y permanece, además de darle un significado a nuestra vida.

El entusiasmo que podamos  transmitir a los demás haciendo contagiar a aquellas personas que necesitan de un empujoncito o ayuda para avanzar, iniciar o continuar con sus propósitos en la vida. No sabemos lo que nos va a tocar vivir y porque sencillamente no tenemos una bola de cristal para ver nuestro futuro. Pero si cada día le ponemos cariño a lo que hacemos, damos una sonrisa  a los demás,muestra con alegría a pesar de que cada persona tiene en su interior su vida muy personal.

Most people at some point we feel lost, without strength, unmotivated and even get sick, we feel that we are not doing things of value.  This is how my dear and beloved son explained to me how he felt. 

>**Have you ever felt like this?**

Surely yes, but from everything that happens to us we must learn and most importantly talk about it, express it to others, share with someone what we feel. My words are of great enthusiasm and keep your spirits up my friends. We must get out of that circle where we feel trapped. There are episodes, circumstances and moments in our lives that affect how we feel. 

We must identify what are the agents and causes of our feelings of sadness and discouragement and start looking for what makes us happy and joyful. The **ENTUSIASM** never let lose or fall.  Strive to do the things that we like and bring us good energy. 
The moments we spend with our friends, watch a movie, read a book, write, prepare and eat something delicious, go for a walk, learn a language, practice the sport we like, and in general practice a hobby.

My friend, practice what you like and enjoy every day with enthusiasm, show your joy to others and share it with others.

This is what in my simple life I have learned and I do not know if I have managed to convey it in this post. Thank you friends for sharing this moment with me.

La mayoría de las personas en algún momento nos sentimos perdidos, sin fuerzas, desmotivados y hasta nos enfermamos sentimos que no estamos haciendo cosas de valor.  Es así que mi querido y amado hijo me explicó que se sentía. 

>**¿Alguna vez te has sentido así?**

Seguramente que si, pero de todo los que nos pasa debemos aprender y lo más importante hablarlo, expresarlo a otros, compartir con alguien lo que sentimos. Mis palabras son de mucho entusiasmo y arriba el ánimo amigos. Debemos salir de ese círculo en dónde nos sentimos atrapados. Existen en nuestra vida episodios, circunstancias y momentos que inciden en cómo nos sentimos. 

Debemos identificar cuáles son los agentes y causas de nuestras sentimientos de tristeza y desánimos y comenzar a buscar lo que nos haga Felíz y estar alegres. El **ENTUSIASMO** nunca dejar perder ni caer.  Esforzarnos por hacer las cosas que nos gustan y nos aporten buenas energías. 
Los momentos que pasamos con nuestros amigos, ver una película, leer un libro, escribir, preparar y comer algo rico, salir a caminar, aprender un idioma, practicar el deporte que nos gusta, y en general practicar algún hobby.

Amigo práctica lo que te gusta y disfruta cada día con mucho entusiasmo,  demuestra tu alegría a los demás y compartela con otros.
