Hola a todos mis amigos de #Hive y de la Comunidad de #Catarsis hoy les quiero compartir una situación que me está afectando relacionado con mi vecino más cercano ubicado en uno de los lados de la casa de mi mamá. Les cuento que en estos meses aquí en mi ciudad ha llovido mucho y a veces con mucha brisa. En la casa de mi vecino al cual les hago referencia hay una matas muy grandes en su jardín en la parte de adelante. Árboles frutales de mango y también de Pomalaca. Dichos árboles fueron sembrados en una línea que bordea el paredón que divide las dos casas. Pero los árboles buscando la luz del sol y más espacio para crecer sus ramas, la mayoría dan para la casa de mi mamá. *** <center></center> <center></center> Hace cuatro años instalamos el cerco eléctrico, el cual bordea toda la casa y por ende el paredón del lado de mi vecino. Es el caso que hace un tiempo atrás hablamos con el responsable de la casa de al lado para que podara un poco las ramas que hacian contacto con el cerco cada vez que hace brisa y llueve. Mi vecino en esa oportunidad estaba muy dispuesto y conciente de lo que tenía que hacer y de su compromiso. Ha pasado un buen tiempo y hasta la fecha no hemos visto disponerse a resolver y a cortar las ramas como se había comprometido. Ahora las ramas han crecido y no solo hacen contacto con los cables con la posibilidad de romperlos en cualquier momento. Sino también la cantidad de hojas y flores que caen para el garage de mi casa. *** <center></center> <center></center> A mí los árboles me encantan, ya que en mi casa siempre los hubo, y disfrutamos de la sombra y sus frutos. Solo queda un árbol en el patio y ha levantado todo el piso. Es muy triste decirlo pero todos los árboles fueron cortados por remodelaciones y porque estaban ocasionando daños en los pisos, tuberías y desagües. Los árboles de mi vecino me dan sombra a mi casa y también me caen para mi lado las frutas. Recientemente fue la cosecha de mango la cual disfruté. Así que decir que todo no es malo. Pero tenemos que tomar acciones para resolver la situación. Recientemente las hojas caídas en el garage las pude amontonar pero por no disponer de bolsas y recipiente para la basura no se recogieron, esto me generó un problema ya que las lluvias y brisa me dispersaron todas las hojas nuevamente. Además que la basura especialmente de hojas mojadas generan mosquitos y plagas. Adicionalmente esto constituye un foco de contaminación. *** <center></center> <center></center> Esta situación me tiene muy incómoda ya que la casa de mi mamá es grande y da mucho trabajo limpiarla y mantenerla. Toda mi familia se ha ido y yo estoy a cargo y soy la responsable de cuidarla y limpiar. Como lo he dicho y comentado el trabajo de limpieza me han consumido parte de mi tiempo, energías y dinero. Porque ya saben la situación que tenemos hoy en día en Venezuela en lugar de mejorarse se ha ido empeorando y los recursos económicos que ingresan no son suficientes. Muchas veces y en constantes oportunidades he solicitado ayuda y he contratado a alguien solo para limpiar los alrededores y sobretodo todo recoger las hojas y basura del garage. Es de resaltar que siempre tengo que comprar muchas bolsas grandes para recoger las hojas que caen en grandes cantidades y pagarle al señor. ***  ***  <center></center> La persona que hacía el trabajo ya no está disponible y hace días me ví en la necesidad de buscar a otra persona, ya que habían pasado varias semanas y no llegaba el que tradicionalmente realizaba el trabajo. Amigos fue impresionante lo que me cobró este último. Diez veces más lo que la otra persona cobraba. Adicionalmente a esto, los gastos de adquisición de bolsas negras grandes para botar basura, las cuales en esta última oportunidad fueron como diez bolsas. Cómo se puede notar este es un gasto que considero debería ser al menos compartido con el vecino. Ya que no es lo tanto sino lo seguido. Ya han pasado mucho el tiempo en que el vecino dió su palabra para resolver lo de las ramas. No se cómo enfrentar esa situación ya que la tendencia es a convertirse en un problema, cómo es romperse el cerco eléctrico y que caiga una rama y pueda romper paredón o caerle a los vidrios de las ventanas. Las ramas muy grandes y el año pasado en esta época cayó una rama grande que a Dios gracias no causó daños. Mi vecino es una persona tranquila y se lleva bien con mucha gente. Hasta ahora ha sido buen vecino. Pero creo se le ha olvidado la importancia de cortar las ramas y siento un poco de incomodidad porque no se cómo abordarlo sin que eso ocasione roce o le pueda caer mal. El otro día lo saludé el pasó por mi lado lo quise parar pero al parecer estaba apurado. Debo entonces buscar el momento para atender seriamente lo que nos ocupa a los dos. **Había pensado en plantearle varias alternativas y propuestas de solución.** Sin embargo esto también me preocupa porque no sé si aceptará debido a que existen personas que no les gusta que otro le diga lo que tiene que hacer. My neighbor's trees shade my house and I also get fruit falling on my side. Recently there was the mango harvest which I enjoyed. So to say that everything is not bad. But we have to take action to resolve the situation. Recently the fallen leaves in the garage I was able to pile them up but because I didn't have bags and garbage bin they were not collected, this created a problem for me as the rains and breeze scattered all the leaves again. In addition, the garbage, especially wet leaves, generates mosquitoes and pests. Ay amiga, te comprendo completamente, a mi a veces me da pena reclamar porque siento que voy a quedar como un peleador, pero en tu caso considero que lo indicado sería recordarle a tu vecino que debe cortar las ramas o si no, decirle que al menos te colabore con limpiar o económicamente, porque te esta ensuciando la casa y tienes que estar pendiente de eso y pagar para que la limpien a parte de comprar las bolsas de basura. Hola Elaiza, ¿Cómo estás?, en esas circunstancias hay que recurrir a la convivencia y que el vecino esté consciente de lo que significa ser responsable de la afectación que ocasiona, sobre todo por el gasto que no te corresponde por algo que no es de tu propiedad,en mi caso fue al contrario, yo tuve que cortar un árbol de aguacate que le afectaba a mi vecino, sin ninguna novedad. Saludos, espero lo puedas solucionar, sin llegar al extremo de ley.

Gracias amigo @leninernesto por tu excelente comentario y si creo que es como tú dices a él le corresponde asumir esos gastos. Lo que pasa es que como que no se da cuenta y debo recordarle su compromiso y el compartir los gastos de limpieza. Debo reunirme y comunicarme efectivamente con el. Se comprometió en resolver y no ha cumplido. Para mí es un gran trabajo la limpieza de la casa y con esa situación se incrementa más el trabajo. Hacer mantenimiento hoy en día es costoso y por eso muchas veces tengo que hacerlo yo. Pero voy a aprovechar que está lloviendo por aquí en Cumaná para plantearle la situación.
