*I neglected one of them while I was in pain. Although the illness can be stressful, it can also provide valuable lessons for all human beings to always be grateful and maintain good health. During recovery, it is important to begin a healthy lifestyle and to thank God for the health that has been granted so far.*

*In total, I have not created content for 24 days. This is because my health is declining as well as the opportunity and willingness to move my fingers on the keyboard. The illness came and happened to me without permission. I tried my best to reduce my stress and anxiety and believed that God would not test me beyond my ability. Today I tried to contribute positively by powering up myself by making another post. In addition, I boost my hive power with 64 hives and power up my mind by taking a walk.*

***Power up myself with a post*** 

*As I said, writing simple things and correlating them with what I photograph is my favorite. Anything goes. My intention is to try my hand at travel content, fungi, scenery, and anything else without any structure. As I did some time ago, I visited a place and took a few shots at a glance.*

*This place is in Aceh, Indonesia, precisely the [Sabang City]([//]:# (!pinmapple 5.86519 lat 95.35331 long Mata Ie Resort d3scr)) . While this place might look quiet at the moment, I can assure you it will become the most crowded place in Aceh by the end of December. Sabang is one of the most popular tourist destinations today and not without reason, as it is a beautiful island that has a rich history of sea tourism.*

***Hive Power up using @ecency app***

*I have several times converted the HBD that I received during content delivery into HIVE and then powered it up. I did this without specialization. Hive Power is directly derived from delegating to @ecency and @ocdb. Despite the income I earn, I power up on my own.* 

*I don't feel the need to discuss why Power Up is so significant because many hivers have discussed it. In fact, I do power-ups so that I can be stronger in the future. In addition to the 63 Hive I currently have, I am doing power-ups to demonstrate my love for the hive. This will demonstrate my ability to contribute votes and delegates in the future.*

*4. Rest is an imperative part of a healthy lifestyle. What I'm experiencing right now is due to a lack of rest. So, adequate and ideal rest is 7-9 hours per day.*

*5. You must try to control stress. No matter what you are dealing with right now, try to enjoy it and listen to your surroundings. Stress adversely affects a person's health. The information above will be meaningless if you are under stress.*
