Obudu is a local government Area in Cross River State, Nigeria, West Africa.  This local government area features a tourist resort called Obudu Cattle Ranch, which hosts an annual mountain running competition known as the Obudu Ranch International Mountain Race. This Mountain race is an annual mountain running competition that take place late in November, and it is about 11.25km race.
Maybe it was where we went to last November when some hilarious things started happening in the vehicle we boarded.
 
Well as part of our routine for every festive season mind you we could call anytime our festive season thoughts of where to go enjoy the season started wining down our brains so finally we had a suggestion from one of us suggesting Obudu. Since we were many, we hired a private cap to take use there but the fare price was really high. My buddy’s loves a night journey so we moved from Akwa Ibom State to Cross River State late at night and the vehicle we used got bad on the road at at Iwod Ebob (a bridge that joins the two states) and we couldn’t make it to Obudu that night.

So we had to look for a place lodge for the night. Due to the urgency, we didn’t have much time to look for a good hotel, just got one “bed and breakfast” type of lodge (but this one was just a bed without a breakfast. But while there at the hotel some funny things began happening. Normally before going to bed I make sure that I have a good bath before sleep and the routine didn’t change here. 

After I had my bath, I could no longer wear the underwear I had on previously so I had to quickly wash it and dry it. That’s it, it time for bed although it was already late. The lightings there were not too bright. So we slept and at about 1:00am I noticed a presence tiptoe into the room but and went right into the bathroom and as she passed into the bathroom and few minutes later, I heard the sound of falling water, I went to check only to realize that she was using our bath. When we asked her she said that was the official bathroom for female staffs of the hotel.
