Saludos a todos, voy a unirme a esta nueva iniciativa que nos trae la comunidad [C/Be Entrepreneur](https://peakd.com/c/hive-140971/created) y que trata acerca de las [Prácticas para emprender: Los valores de mi marca](https://ecency.com/hive-140971/@beentrepreneur/practicas-para-emprender-los-valores-de-mi-marcapractices-for-entrepreneurship-the-values-of-my-brand).

Tengo el honor de mostrar para la comunidad Be Entrepreneur, cómo voy creciendo en el mundo del emprendimiento, tratando de que mi proyecto se haga realidad. Emprender no es una tarea fácil cuando los recursos económicos son insuficientes, pero debemos buscar la manera de ir superando las adversidades. El proceso de crear una dulcería es minucioso y requiere de paciencia, variedad de estrategias, organización y perseverancia. Sobre todo perseverancia para no rendirnos ante las pérdidas, es natural que algo así pueda suceder, por eso debemos tener estrategias de diversas variedades de productos.

I have the honor to show for the Be Entrepreneur community, how I am growing in the world of entrepreneurship, trying to make my project come true. Entrepreneurship is not an easy task when economic resources are insufficient, but we must find a way to overcome adversity. The process of creating a candy store is meticulous and requires patience, a variety of strategies, organization and perseverance. Above all perseverance to not give up in the face of losses, it is natural that something like this can happen, so we must have strategies of different varieties of products.

#### Be Entrepreneur nos da 3 ejercicios para que demos a conocer nuestro valor desde la marca:

*1.- Identificar los valores de mi marca.*

Al principio comencé vendiendo conservas de coco, dulce de leche, y otros dulces tradicionales que le compraba a una amiga, pero al pasar el tiempo me dispuse a aprender y a crear mis propios dulces, como las donas y sus variantes. Todo esto inició a mediados del mes de agosto. Me puse a crear el logo y como tengo amigos diseñadores ellos me hicieron varias sugerencias. En eso le digo a mi hermano que me realizara el logo de acuerdo a los apuntes que había tomado de los diseñadores y de una vez se creó el eslogan con ayuda de mi esposo. Así nació **TU PUNTO DULCE** "Para grandes momentos". 

Al visualizar mi estudio de mercado de los dulces, resulta que en mi ciudad no existe una dulcería como yo la tengo visualizada, puedes buscar gomitas azucaradas ya empacadas, pero no por gramos ni de diversidad. Así como tampoco las donas y sus diversas variantes como las minidonas, paledonas y pizzadonas. Solo se consiguen las donas clásicas cada cierto tiempo y en las panaderías. Pero como todo el mundo no come todos los días gomitas y donas, incluí en el menú las galletas caseras porque tienen más durabilidad a la hora de conservación y poder complacer el antojo del público.

### Be Entrepreneur gives us 3 exercises so that we can make our value known from our brand:

*1.- Identify the values of my brand.*

At first I started selling coconut preserves, dulce de leche, and other traditional sweets that I bought from a friend, but as time went by I decided to learn and create my own sweets, such as donuts and their variants. All this started in the middle of August. I started to create the logo and as I have friends who are designers they made several suggestions. I told my brother to make the logo according to the notes I had taken from the designers and at once the slogan was created with the help of my husband. That is how **TU PUNTO DULCE** "For great moments" was born. 

When I visualized my candy market study, it turns out that in my city there is no candy store as I have visualized it, you can look for sugared gummies already packaged, but not by grams or diversity. Neither do donuts and their various variants such as minidonas, paledonas and pizzadonas. Only the classic donuts are available from time to time and in bakeries. But since not everyone eats gummies and donuts every day, I included homemade cookies in the menu because they have a longer shelf life and can satisfy the public's craving.

Como les estuve contando acerca de mi logo, pues el mío era mucho más serio, pero me hicieron entender que la gran parte de mis clientes iban hacer los niños y niñas que les dijeran a sus padres que les complacieran con un dulce, desde allí surgió la idea de que se llamara tu punto dulce, que fuese un nombre pegajoso para que la gente dijera, *¡Vamos a tu punto a comernos unas donas!* por eso en el logo lleva una gran dona señalando una dirección como la de un GPS.

Iniciando mis ventas con los vecinos y por las zonas aledañas, también en los bazares de emprendedores, llevando mi carrito de dulces como se los mostré en la publicación pasada. Al mes introduje las galletas, porque la conservación de las donas es corta ya que lo mejor es venderlas frescas y las galletas tienden a perdurar mucho más y por ser lo más económico para los niños. Pero aún no me doy por vencida, y seguiré buscando la manera de que los consumidores conozcan del producto por WhatsApp y las diferentes redes sociales.

As I was telling you about my logo, mine was much more serious, but they made me understand that most of my customers were going to be children who told their parents to please them with a sweet, from there came the idea of calling it your sweet spot, which was a catchy name for people to say, *Let's go to your spot to eat some donuts!* that's why the logo has a big donut pointing in a direction like a GPS.

I started my sales with the neighbors and in the surrounding areas, also in the entrepreneur bazaars, taking my candy cart as I showed you in the last publication. A month later I introduced cookies, because the donuts have a short shelf life since it is best to sell them fresh and cookies tend to last much longer and because they are the most economical for children. But I am not giving up yet, and I will continue to look for ways to let consumers know about the product through WhatsApp and the different social networks.

*2.- Jerarquizar y seleccionar.*

El estar comenzando en este emprendimiento, voy conociendo el gusto del publico y haciendo el empeño de dar lo mejor de mi y del producto para que cada día sea más solicitado. Cada día me esmero en lograr variedad de los diferentes los productos que ofrezco y ofertando combos tanto de un mismo producto o variados.

Being starting in this venture, I am getting to know the taste of the public and making the effort to give the best of me and the product so that every day it is more requested. Every day I strive to achieve variety of the different products I offer and offering combos of both the same product or varied.

*3.- Describir para comprender*

Cuando hice el eslogan fue con la intensión de que los clientes disfrutan en grandes momentos de su vida, como regalos u obsequios, sorpresas o para detalles que tengan un gran valor.  Por eso espero que los clientes lo tomen de las misma manera que lo tengo visualizado.

Deseo que **Tu punto Dulce** se convierta en un disfrute para el público, que poco a poco  y con perseverancia sea un gran emprendimiento.

*3.-Describe to understand.*

When I made the slogan it was with the intention that customers enjoy in big moments of their life, as gifts or presents, surprises or for details that have a great value.  That's why I hope that customers take it in the same way I have visualized it.

I hope that **Tu punto Dulce** becomes an enjoyment for the public, that little by little and with perseverance it becomes a great enterprise.
