<html> <p>Well the price was booming for a while I think even going to over 4 dollars per STEEM, but now the price is really dumped and I bought when the price was on a huge growth. Right now I just want to sell and get out of it as the price is stable or even getting back down.</p> <p>Another thing that puzzles me that the internal exchange. I have been using it since the day I started with STEEM and right now it just disappeared. What happened to it? Is it coming back any time soon?</p> <p>I do not want to be the person who is with weak hands, but right now STEEM does not look for me too good and I do not know why should I hold it or even more invest in it. Also people come here to make "easy money" with all the shitty content they post. I think if this keeps on going STEEM will have huge problems with all the spam that is happening.</p> <p>Right now I am really concerned about STEEM, but I hope that there will be someone who will change my views.</p> </html>

Did you invest in Steem for its concept and potential in the long term or as a short term speculation exercise? If speculating and holding more than you care to lose, I understand the nervousness. However. this is *so* young right now, the network effect is *just* starting to take place. Interest is rising, seek no further evidence than [this post today about interest from the Facebook page alone](https://steemit.com/marketing/@cryptoctopus/steemit-facebook-page-insights-from-the-guy-who-is-managing-it-7-17-2016). I understand the concerns with terrible posts. However, I think that gets weeded out over time with more users. Users, of course, being the key metric to the success of an attention economy such as this, IMHO.
