Picar el pollo en diferentes pedacitos después pelar y picar los aliños como cebolla en rodajas y el perejil en pedacitos seguidamente ponemos todo en un caldero al fuego con un poco de aceite también orégano y sal al gusto para continuar debemos revolver y tapar para dejar en cocción a fuego medio por otro lado debemos colocar un caldero al fuego con un poco de aceite recalentado, las tazas de arroz y la cantidad de agua necesaria para su cocción para esto debemos cocinar a fuego medio utilizando la tapa para obtener un mejor y rápido resultado de cocimiento para continuar debemos pelar y picar los plátanos en tajadas o julianas grandes y poner a freír en una sartén precalentada con suficiente aceite, al tener todo estos alimentos listo procedemos a servir nuestro plato y en esta ocasión, vamos a acompañar con unas caraotas rojas guisadas que me quedo del día anterior, en esta ocasión para adornar utilice pimentón y hoja de cilantro, quedando nuestro plato como les muestro en las fotografías.
