Excelente y bendecido sábado tengan todos mis apreciados panitas les doy la bienvenida una vez más a mi blog, y quiero compartir con todos ustedes una de las que considero parte de mi lista de comidas preferidas jajaja, soy de buen diente, hoy quiero presentarles la preparación de una rica pasta plumita con carne molida, plátanos fritos y lluvia de queso, la cual hoy fue mi almuerzo después de haber ido para el mercado hasta las compras pasé por la carnicería y compré mi carne molida y lo demás ingredientes para realizar esta receta.

Ingredients:
Ground beef, plumita pasta, onion, bell bell pepper, garlic, tomato, cube, salt, color, oil, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, cheese.

>Preparación:
Iniciamos esta receta pelando y picando los aliños como cebolla, pimentón y tomate en cuadritos pequeños igualmente que triturar los ajos todos estos ingredientes lo vamos a colocar al fuego con caldero con un poco de aceite a sofreir después incorporamos el cúbito, color, salsa inglesa, hoja de laurel, revolvemos luego agregamos la carne molida con un poco de agua, tapar y dejar en cocción hasta qué se cocine todo obteniendo una salsa medianamente en un tiempo aproximado de 20 a 25 minutos al tener nuestra carne molida en salsa procedemos a servir nuestro plato con la pasta plumita, plátano frito y lluvia de queso blanco, quedando así como siempre me presentó en las fotos.
