The dynamic has been the same we go to the center of AZUPANE to interact with our friends of the foundation, our relationship with them has grown and we have noticed that all the activities that we carry out are assimilated with great ease, this has been thanks to the confidence that we have built with them, so we also try to deepen the problems that overwhelm them, it is clear that communication is a very important factor for the performance of our friends, and that is why we concentrate on listening to them, and thus be able to create strategies for coexistence that positively impacts the quality of life of our friends of AZUPANE

It is also important to let your relatives know how important it is to listen to them, as there are cases in which our friends are not visited by their relatives, and this really depresses them, imagine it is difficult for one, that we are forgotten, even more so. for them. This experience has been very productive for me, getting to know the reality of these people, it has made me grow both professionally and personally, it is amazing what can be learned by doing these social tasks, in particular it has sensitized me in valuing the opportunity of to excel myself in every aspect of life, it has led me to reflect on what I must demand more to reach my maximum potential than I can give, because, in other occasions and I must accept it, I have conformed for example in only approving a subject or doing certain activities to get by, when I should strive to learn and do well, because whatever I do is gratifying to know that one is giving the best, regardless of the result, it is always nice to do good, and it is just what I see in my colleagues in the foundation, every time we do an activity you notice the effort to do things well, you may be motivated or encouraged to do it well n, to make known that they are valuable, but the question is that they do it hard and in some cases they can be surprised at how well they performed the tasks we did, and that is why this is for me the most important thing I have learned and value of this service.
