It sounds like to you had a wonderful day and look at the glorious weather with an *amazing* view! Perfect for an out and about birthday adventure!

So I have a question for you! Seeing as I'm an @Actifit Personal Trainer and all! Have you heard about the collaboration that @Actifit and @Appics is putting on right now!? 

We are actually 11 day's into the #LiveFitChallenge2021! It's initiative we decided to put on to directly counter all the sedentary living and even blues we have all been experiencing with this worldwide pandemic!

It's a LIVE fitness class with about 30min. of virtual group exercise on Youtube and Discord simultaneously! Would you be interested in joining up? There's a chance to win rewards for participation and also you would be getting LIVE training from myself and Lena @soldier. We still have another 2 Weeks + a day left in this challenge! So lots of time to get some results and meet some other great people as well!
