Su dueña tomó la decisión de vender la propiedad sin avisarnos nada, esta noticia causó mucho malestar emocional a mis hijos. Un cambio repentino lleno de tristeza. Esta noticia me llegó en un momento en el cual económicamente no estoy bien. Todo esto fue muy duro para mis hijos, estos cambios en nuestra vida provocan en ellos mucha incertidumbre.

Esta es la tercera mudanza en nuestras vidas, las anteriores fueron menos complicadas porque no había una presión emocional como ahora, resulta que la noticia inesperada de la venta de la casa hizo que mi hija mayor se enfermará, agregada a esa noticia la realidad económica y no tener un lugar seguro para irme con ellos. Fueron días de mucha presión para todos  hasta que finalmente encontré una opción para alquilar y esta noticia también fue un malestar para mi hijo menor, quien no quiere vivir en esa zona.
Cada niño reacciona de forma diferente a los cambios, procesar información negativa puede causar en ellos mucho malestar emocional y físico. Todo es un en reto en el cual una madre debe tener mucha paciencia y amor para enfrentar estos cambios con sus hijos.

### 🦋La reacción emocional de mis hijos:

Mi hijo de once años siente mucha tristeza y molestia en medio de este cambio. La realidad de tener que mudarse le causa mucha ira, él no quiere dejar atrás a sus amigos, su vida en la escuela. En su respuesta siempre expresa que todo esto le causa mucho malestar. Mudarse a otro lugar es empezar de nuevo, saber que tendrá que cambiar de escuela le causa temor a ser rechazado por sus nuevos compañeros. La incertidumbre de ese futuro le hace sentirse inseguro.

Every child reacts differently to changes, processing negative information can cause them a lot of emotional and physical discomfort. Everything is a challenge in which a mother must have a lot of patience and love to face these changes with her children.

### 🦋The emotional reaction of my children:

My eleven year old son feels a lot of sadness and discomfort in the midst of this change. The reality of having to move causes him a lot of anger, he does not want to leave behind his friends, his life at school. In his response he always expresses that all this causes him a lot of discomfort. Moving to another place is like starting all over again, knowing that he will have to change schools causes him fear of being rejected by his new classmates. The uncertainty of that future makes him feel insecure.

Para mi hijo, la mejor solución sería que compremos nuestra casa. Todos en casa deseamos lo mismo, pero aún no podemos alcanzar esa meta. Explicarle a mi hijo todo es un reto. Con paciencia, sinceridad y amor, estamos logrando que esta nueva etapa en nuestra vida sea un inicio feliz para todos.
En el caso de mi hija mayor, su La reacción fue de comprensión y resiliencia, aunque la primera semana de tantas malas noticias estaba abrumada hasta llegar a enfermar por la preocupación. La falta de  sueño y las molestias físicas en su vida aparecieron, estaba muy estresada por todo, asimilar este cambio fue duro para ella. En este momento mi hija está calmada, mudarse para ella es motivo de alegría porque ahora sí tenemos un espacio a donde ir, aunque sea alquilado.

### 🦋Ayudar a mis hijos a enfrentar los cambios de mudarnos.

Todo para mí ha sido muy complicado. Las diferentes situaciones negativas que provoca esta mudanza repentina y la realidad de ver a mis hijos tristes, en el fondo, me hizo tener un sentimiento de culpa; emocionalmente fue un reto para mí.
Ayudar a mis hijos a aceptar este cambio requiere mucha paciencia, amor, sinceridad y una actitud positiva. Conversar con ellos de sus temores en este momento, aceptar lo que sienten y motivarlos a ver este cambio como un comienzo para nuestra prosperidad es parte del proceso del cual todos estamos aprendiendo. Llevar esta carga es difícil; comprender a nuestros hijos, apoyarlos, hacerlos sentir protegidos ante esta adversidad es increíble. Todo niño necesita tiempo para aceptar y adaptarse a los cambios de una mudanza. Estar a su lado en el proceso es muy importante.

Helping my children to accept this change requires a lot of patience, love, sincerity and a positive attitude. Talking with them about their fears at this time, accepting what they feel and encouraging them to see this change as a beginning for our prosperity is part of the process we are all learning from. Carrying this burden is difficult; understanding our children, supporting them, making them feel protected in the face of this adversity is incredible.Every child needs time to accept and adjust to the changes of moving. Being there for them in the process is very important.
