Hablemos de Autismo: Escuela para Padres - Singulare [ESP-ENG]

Hoy en Hablemos de Autismo, les traigo un tema importante, sé que todos los son, pero como siempre digo, todo parte desde una raíz y para que funcione bien o para que un árbol crezca sano y dé buenos frutos, las raíces deben estar bien firmes sobre la tierra y cuidadas.

En este caso, los padres somos esos árboles y debemos tener buenas raíces, bien plantadas para poder sacar adelante a nuestros hijos, sean TEA o no, tengan o no una condición. Ya que como siempre digo, los principales responsables de la crianza de los niños son sus padres.

Es por ello que en Singulare, la clínica donde mis niños reciben terapias, organizaron una Escuela para padres, con el fin de construir un trabajo en equipo en pro de los pequeños y además afianzar la unión de las familias. Ya que es importante también compartir historias y darnos a conocer, para saber que este proceso y estilo de vida, no estamos solos.

Los padres de niños Autistas tenemos un verdadero reto, y si un padre común se cansa, cuánto más nosotros que debemos de ser más organizados y seguir rutinas que ayuden a nuestros hijos en su desarrollo. Sin duda, ser un padre azul es bastante agotador y no lo digo por reproche, si no porque es cierto y poder tener a alguien que te entienda, que tengan vivencias parecidas a las tuyas da alivio, ayuda y reconforta.

Me encanta Singulare, no solo por el trato que reciben mis pequeños y sus avances con el método ABA, que es más personalizado según a la necesidad de cada uno. Si no también por hacer Escuelas como estás. Hay cosas que los médicos no nos dicen, no por mal, quizás por no tener la experiencia de vivir con niños TEA, aún cuando te han el conocimiento científico. También hay cosas que no sabemos porque no investigamos y está escuela fue hecha justo para aprender, de las experiencias de otros y de personas calificadas.

Without a doubt, being a blue parent is quite exhausting and I don't say that as a reproach, but because it is true and being able to have someone who understands you, who has similar experiences to yours gives relief, helps and comforts.

>I love Singulare, not only because of the treatment my children receive and their progress with the ABA method, which is more personalised according to the needs of each one. But also for making schools like this. There are things that doctors don't tell us, not because they are bad, but maybe because they don't have the experience of living with ASD children, even when they have scientific knowledge. There are also things we don't know because we don't research and this school was made just to learn, from the experiences of others and qualified people.

Está primera clase estuvo genial, aprendimos de la importancia que tenemos como padres en el desarrollo y avance de nuestros hijos con TEA y sin alguna condición, sobre la sana alimentación e incluso lo importante de mantener el cuerpo hidratado para que esté menos agotado y más fresco para adquirir nuevo conocimiento nuestro cerebro. Nos hablaron del trabajo en equipo y el seguir las terapias en casa, animar a nuestros pequeños y sobretodo mostrarles amor.

También nos hablaron de un tema que quizás llegó tarde y es de la preparación que todas debemos tener antes de concebir y al estar en estado de embarazo y ¡Wow! Hay cosas que sí sabía e hice, pero como me hubiera gustado saber esto también antes. La sana alimentación antes de concebir, los chequeos médicos, antes, durante y después y mucho más.

There are things that I did know and did do, but how I wish I had known this before. Healthy nutrition before conceiving, medical check-ups, before, during and after and much more.

Las sillas se llenaron, aunque en la fotografía se ven vacías y fue bonito saber que no estás solo, que como padres de niños Autistas, sí tenemos temores, dudas y Miles de preguntas, que vivimos el día a día acelerados y también saber que no fuimos los únicos que con el diagnóstico médico nos sentimos culpables, rechazamos el pronóstico, vivimos un luto, y luego vino la aceptación. 

Ver qué otros están iniciando el proceso y por ser ese pilar que les da ánimos, para que sepan que no están solos. Fue un grato momento y aunque no pudimos estar todos, fue lindo conocerse, reír, sentirnos orgullosos de los avances que son de a poco si, pero inmensos, porque son a base de amor, esfuerzo y constancia.

Para mí, fue una experiencia maravillosa y estamos ya preparados para la siguiente Escuela de Padres. Si hay Padres sanos, padres organizados y preparados, el avance de los niños será mejor, un niño crece sano en una familia que imparte amor.

>To see that others are starting the process and to be that pillar that gives them encouragement, so that they know they are not alone. It was a great moment and although we couldn't all be there, it was nice to get to know each other, to laugh, to feel proud of the progress that is slow but immense, because it is based on love, effort and perseverance.

>For me, it was a wonderful experience and we are already prepared for the next Parents' School. If there are healthy parents, organised and prepared parents, the progress of the children will be better, a child grows up healthy in a family that imparts love.

Me parece que este tipo de escuelas para padres son importantes para todos en general, porque no solo obtienes consejos profesionales, sino que encuentras un gran apoyo en los demás padres que asisten. Asistí a la escuela de padres, del preescolar de mi hijo y me pareció una actividad muy enriquecedora, aunque fueron temas muy generales. Me alegra que hayas podido asistir y me gusta mucho tu frase final porque concuerdo con ella. Los niños necesitan amor y comprensión de la familia, es vital para su crecimiento.

Así es estimada, creo que deberían existir este tipo de escuelas a manera general, a veces a los padres nos hace falta esto y un meneo para despavilar también jajaja.

La verdad yo quedé satisfecha, aún cuando sabía muchas cosas, me motivó a hacer unas que no hago y aprendí cosas nuevas.

Hola amiga Eli, me encanta que estén asistiendo a estos talleres en los cuales pueden recibir orientación, ayuda y por su puesto saber que no están solos. Entiendo que no es fácil la tarea de tener un niño con condición y todo el apoyo que se pueda recibir en el camino es maravilloso. Como siempre les deseo Bendiciones amiga son una familia si que puede ser normal pero a mí parecer valen oro y los admiro, sabes y te lo he dicho son motivo de inspiración. Saludos familia.

Me encanta total que existan ese tipo de clínicas tan especializadas en esos temas, ojalá aquí tuvieramos más ese tipo de instituciones 🥺, y sobre todo me gusta mucho que el manejo sea tan integral incluyendolos a ustedes, porque al final los padres son los que terminan sabiendo más de estas condiciones que los propios especialistas.

Sabes que esa misma impresión que tuviste con la charla la tienen la mayoría de las mujeres a las que les digo que el desarrollo emocional de un adulto empieza incluso ¿intrautero? Es así, por supuesto en el caso de condiciones como el Autismo hay también influencia de esos factores, pero, además hay otros muchísimo más que no dependen de ustedes, así que no tienen porque sentirse culpables.

Por supuesto es mucho más facil para mi decirlo, que para ustedes sentirlo 😔 y lo comprendo totalmente, lo importante es darle calidad de vida a nuestros niños y tratar de aprender lo más que podamos sobre sus condiciones para que no se sientan tan poco comprendidos.

Una de las cosas   que son admirables son estas. La vida suele en ocasiones ser tan peculiar y poder ver que en ese proceso de asimilación de información, no estás nada más tú, están también personas que desean cambiar cosas, personas que desean dar un punto de enfoque profundo a todo. Siempre he pensado en un mundo para todos y uno equitativo. Me fui por esa parte reflexiva, aunque no puedo negar que la escuela para padres hace un buen trabajo. Existe mucho que aprender, y mucho que hacer. : )

Vivo de cerca la experiencia de la convivencia con un niño autista por parte de mi mejor amiga y un niño con PCI por parte de mi hermana. Es cierto lo que dices, el apoyo es súper mega importante, tanto que parece un cliché decirlo. Ver a estas dos madres con mis ojos como se desenvuelven por la vida, en medio de una situación sofocante, con una alegría imparable y un amor desbordante por todos... hace que me quite el sombrero y me arrodille ante el tamaño de sus corazones y su capacidad de resiliencia. Mi abrazo desde la Habana. Disfruté mucho leyéndote. Bendiciones miles

Wow PCI, un abrazo para tu hermana y mucho apoyo para ella y su pequeño 🤗

Si, definitivamente cuando te sientas a observar a esas mamás y padres también, que dan el todo por sus peques, te hace sentir orgullo por ellos y al mismo tiempo ver en qué tanto fallamos como humanos cuando nos quejamos o no valoramos la vida. 

Hasta a mí me pasa cuando veo personas con una condición más difícil que la mía.

Sin duda alguna, una de las mejores cosas que pudieron suceder al llegar aquí, y que siempre agradeceremos todos, es poder beneficiarnos de toda la ayuda que puede recibir Amelie. Y digo beneficiarnos, porque como padres o familiares es un beneficio poder estar informados y saber como debemos actuar con ellos, que hacer y que no.

Ver las mejoras de todo el proceso es algo gratificante. Y que aquí también les tomen en cuenta a los padres, es genial. 💙

Que bonito que existan formaciones de este tipo, esto sin duda hace una mejor sociedad porque donde hay mejores padres habrá mejores personas en el futuro. Segura estoy que en ti tienen a una de las mejores participantes. En cuanto a tu reto como mami, siempre lo he dicho, simplemente admirable.
