Cuidar nuestra piel es importante. A veces por ocupaciones o ir rápido en la vida, descuidamos pequeños detalles que con el tiempo se notan y son más difíciles de tratar, y sí, hablo de nuestra piel.

Cuando comencé a pasar la etapa de la adolescencia a la juventud, comencé a sufrir problemas en la piel de mi rostro, luego les hablaré de ello. Esto me motivó a buscar alternativas para cuidar mi piel. Siempre usé cremas en mi cuerpo y de niña usaba las de mi mamá 😂 porque me gustaban.

Desde que me convertí en mamá comencé a descuidar el cuidado de mi piel, aún cuando durante mis embarazos usé cremas y aceites. El tiempo que una mamá de tres puede tener para ella es muy corto y debe organizarse para poder dedicar tiempo y cuidar de sí misma.

He ido cambiando, mi piel también lo ha hecho y mi salud en general. Llegando al punto de sentarme a escuchar a aquellos que me dicen: Primero tú debes estar bien, para que puedas cuidar a los demás. Y es algo que he estado aprendiendo, ya que me es fácil cuidar de otros y consentirlos, pero difícil comprar algo para mí.

Esta comunidad nace luego de algunas conversaciones con @grisvisa, ella ha venido trabajando en el cuidado de su piel y tiene experiencia en ello, en mi caso llevo meses tratando de lidiar con un problema de mi rostro (luego hablaré de ello también) y entre una cosa y otra, decidí que es tiempo de comenzar de nuevo.

Ya he probado algunos productos, pero no han dado resultado y a veces usar solo una crema y/o tópico no es suficiente, comencé esta semana con unas mascarillas de colágeno, justo lo que necesito, colágeno y más colágeno, ya que con el pasar de los años nuestra piel lo va perdiendo y ya esta semana comienzo a tomar mis cápsulas también, aunque confieso que soy muy mala tomando pastillas.

Les muestro algunos productos que adquirí recientemente para el cuidado de mi rostro:

Comencemos que está mascarilla facial general de colágeno, la cual es súper importante si hablamos de comenzar nuevamente a cuidar todo nuestro rostro. 

Esta mascarilla, como lo dice en la parte de atrás en sus indicaciones, se debe usar solo una vez, hay personas que las usan varias veces y no es lo adecuado y además no se debe usar por más de 30 minutos, antes de usar tu rostro debe estar muy limpio, ya que eso es importante, para que no hayan impurezas.

Ahora bien, no podemos hablar de cuidar nuestro rostro y dejar por fuera nuestros labios. Yo he usado este parche en rosado, pero pocas veces y en un paquete o sobre donde solo viene uno. Tener esta caja de parches para los labios tan bonita me llena de alegría jajaja, me hace sentir una chica joven.

Cuidar nuestros labios es importante, este hidrogel aportar suavidad y brillo, frescura, te garantiza unos buenos besos, okey no solo eso, también salud xD. Pero estoy segura que Josué disfrutará este cuidado, tanto como yo 😂🙊

Este es un hidrogel en forma de parches, es nueva para mí, primera vez que voy a usarla, ya que no sufría de ojeras, pero tener bebés y trabajo que implican trasnochos, hacen que las terribles ojeras aparezcan y debo trabajar en ello pronto. También hay de este exfoliante en crema.

Dormir bien es importante y sobre todo hacerlo en las horas adecuadas y la cantidad que es debida, mínimo 9 a 10 horas. Ya que el no dormir bien también se nota en nuestro rostro y provoca que aparezcan, como en mi caso estas ojeras, pero ya que están allí, pues vamos a aportarles nutrientes para recuperar los tejidos del contorno de mis ojos, un aire joven, ya que aporta un frescura y desinflama el área de las ojeras, manteniendolas hidratadas.

Hablando de mis ojos, o la piel alrededor de ellos, desde muy joven he sufrido de las patas de gallina, como le decimos o esas líneas de expresión justo en la parte lateral de ellos, algo que al reír se hacen más notarias y aún más con el paso del tiempo.

Yo tengo un masajeador para el rostro, brazos y piernas, pero me lo quedé para las piernas xD y es riquísimo usarlo, por dentro tiene como un gel. Sin embargo ahora compré un Skin Crystal Ball, que es demasiado refrescante.

Estas bolas de cristal (fuera de chinazo) son especiales para el rostro y en especial para el área del ojo, ya la empecé a usar, porque son riquísimas, hacen que mi piel se sienta fresca e hidratada y luego les mostraré su uso y hablaré de ellas, porque además de usarlas para reducir esas líneas de expresión, también tienen otro propósito.

Algo muy importante y que a veces olvidamos, es tener toallas exclusivas para nuestro rostro o paños y secar nuestra cara de manera correcta, haciendo como palmadas sobre ella, y no restregar la toalla para secar la piel.

Debemos lavar nuestro rostro al levantarnos, pero también antes de ir a dormir. A veces creemos que como hace unas horas antes de dormir nos duchamos, ya no hace falta lavarse la cara nuevamente y no es así.

Debemos recordar que nuestras manos siguen en contacto con variedades de superficies y objetos que pueden contener cualquier cantidad de bacterias y polvo, y luego nuestras manos las pasamos por el rostro dejando en él esas impurezas, por eso es importante justo antes de acostarte lavarlo nuevamente y secar con una toalla limpia.

A continuación me muestro usando los hidrogel de colágeno para labios, espero que los puedan apreciar, ya que es de color piel con brillo dorado y no se nota mucho, el que es color rosado si se aprecia, pero tenía que mostrarles el nuevo producto 😂.
