Because people do not need to listen to you, they do not need to hear, do not need to understand. And then you realize that you can not work that way, because there is no performance.
And you at first hope that if you explain well, you will be understood. But in fact they do not understand it not because  do not explain well, but because they do not hear. And they do not want to hear. They do not need it. They come to sit out a working day and run away quickly.
You leave, because the effectiveness is measured not by the result, but by the speed of the run along the corridor, by the licking of the boss's ass and by the number of people you blow the whistle.

It does not happen, if a person wants to solve all the problems only in the way he wants.

Then you speak loudly and persistently.
And then you are silent.
You keep quiet, digest everything inside, draw conclusions, prioritize.
And then suddenly you leave.
Without warning. And for all, very unexpected.
But the point is not that you did not appreciate something or something you did not understand. The whole point is that when you do not know how to do it halfway, when you do not have this saving opportunity, between non-doing and doing harmless things, things that are disabled, crippled, you choose not to do anything.
Nothing.
And you leave.
