Ovviamente nel caso della cripto venezuelana, la fiducia non sarebbe da riporre solamente nel meccanismo di funzionamento della stessa, ma anche nella buona fede del presidente Maduro nel realizzare un progetto realmente valido, che possa dare una prospettiva al suo disastrato paese, e non che sia un disperato tentativo di “passare la nottata” sperando che il domani sia migliore.
Un altra questione da mettere in preventivo, nella riuscita o meno del progetto Petro, va attribuita ai tanti e potenti nemici che il Venezuela si è creato negli anni, che potrebbero cospirare contro la cripto-currency. 
Un’eventuale fallimento non segnerebbe certo la bocciatura dell’idea in sè, vista la situazione disperata del Venezuela e i tanti detrattori che gli cospirano contro.

Vada come vada, il Petro come concetto, andrà forse riprovata in quanto la situazione in cui viene testata sembra molto avversa.

E’ anche vero che, se l’esperimento riuscisse, sarebbe un successo clamoroso, contro tutto e contro tutti e i risvolti sarebbero strepitosi su scala mondiale visto che tantissimi paesi sono in una situazione simile al Venezuela. 

Criptomoneta di Stato come soluzione al problema delle fiat money?
Staremo a vedere.

Ritornando alla necessità di un sottostante a garantire il valore di una moneta, le cripo-valute sembrano voler ripercorrere una sorta di nuovo sistema, che in realtà sembra un oggiornamento del vecchio sistema aureo, in cui le valute erano garantite dalle riserve di oro fisico.
Nelle criptomonete anzichè appoggiarsi all’oro fisico, ci si può agganciarsi a quello che potremmo definire “oro digitale”, che può fungere da asset di riserva di valore per le stesse cripto-currency.

Durante la storia, l’oro è stato adottato da tutte le civiltà, il tutto in maniera spontanea, in quanto le sue caratteristiche peculiari, come essere facilmente trasportabile, non deperibile oltre che raro e quindi di grande valore intrinseco, ne hanno sempre fatto un ottimo metodo di scambio e precursore della moneta moderna. 

Non c’e’ stata una pianificazione centralizzata che ha portato all’adozione dell’oro, ma è stata una cosa nata dal basso e combattuta dal sistema di potere.

Of course, in the case of the Venezuelan crypt, trust should not be placed only in the functioning of the same, but also in the good faith of President Maduro in realizing a truly valid project, which can give a perspective to his disastrous country, and not that a desperate attempt to "spend the night" hoping that tomorrow is better.
Another question to put in the budget, in the success or failure of the Petro project, is attributed to the many powerful enemies that Venezuela has created over the years, which could conspire against the crypto-currency.
A failure would certainly not mark the rejection of the idea in itself, given the desperate situation of Venezuela and the many detractors who conspire against it.

Go as it goes, the Petro as a concept, will perhaps be rejected because the situation in which it is tested seems very adverse.

It is also true that, if the experiment was successful, it would be a resounding success, against everything and everyone and the implications would be sensational on a global scale, given that many countries are in a situation similar to Venezuela.

Returning to the need for an underlying to guarantee the value of a currency, crypto-currencies seem to want to retrace a sort of new system, which in reality looks like a modernization of the old gold standard, in which currencies were guaranteed by physical gold reserves.
In cryptomics rather than relying on physical gold, one can engage in what we could call "digital gold", which can act as a reserve asset of value for the same crypto-currency.

Throughout history, gold has been adopted by all civilizations, all spontaneously, since its peculiar characteristics, such as being easily transportable, not perishable as well as rare and therefore of great intrinsic value, have always made it a excellent method of exchange and precursor of modern currency.

There was no central planning that led to the adoption of gold, but it was something born from the bottom and fought by the power system.
