Hello friends of the community and lovers of drawing, wishing you have a happy day and today I want to present you a new portrait in realistic drawing and it is a portrait of an elderly person and that was made especially for a friend who wished that draw his grandmother. I hope you enjoy this work in drawing.

Hola amigos de la comunidad y amantes al dibujo deseándoles que tengan un feliz día y hoy les quiero presentar un nuevo retrato en dibujo realista y se trata de un retrato de una persona de la tercera edad y que fue hecha especialmente para una amiga que deseaba que le dibujara a su abuela. Espero que disfruten de este trabajo en dibujo.

To carry out this work in realistic drawing of the portrait of a grandmother, you must pay close attention and visualize the details that an aged face represents and for this we are going to create the sketch using a mechanical pencil with 2B leads and with a reference photo we are building its look, nose, lips, wrinkles, pores, part of her dress and her hands.
Already in accordance with the sketch we are going to create his skin and with the same mechanical pencil we create a texture of very soft layers of graphite and then create small pores with the tip of the pencil. Wrinkles and small spots and different imperfections to later use the moldable eraser to create the different lights.
 Then with the graphite pencil of tone 6B we are going to darken some parts as deeper shadows and make transitions towards the light.
 To finish we are going to create part of her dress and as you can see that her dress is dark and has drawings like flowers then we are going to use the 6B graphite pencil to create that texture and flower drawings in her dress and then with the same pencil We create a background and ready we have finished this portrait.

Para realizar este trabajo en dibujo realista del retrato de una abuela se debe de prestar mucha atención y visualizar los detalles que representa un rostro envejecido y para ello vamos a crear el boceto utilizando un portaminas con minas 2B y con una foto de referencia vamos construyendo su mirada, nariz, labios, arrugas, poros, parte de su vestido y sus manos.
Ya conforme con el boceto vamos a crear su piel y con el mismo portaminas creamos una textura de capas de grafito muy suaves para luego crear pequeños poros con la punta del lápiz. Arrugas y pequeñas manchas y distintas imperfecciones para después usar el borrador moldeable para crear las distintas luces.
 Luego con el lápiz de grafito de tono 6B vamos a oscurecer algunas parte como sombras mas profundas y hacer transiciones hacia la luz.
 Ya para terminar vamos a crear parte de su vestido y como podrán ver que su vestido es oscuro y tiene dibujos como flores entonces vamos a utilizar el lápiz de grafito 6B para crear esa textura y dibujos de flores en su vestido para luego con el mismo lápiz creamos un fondo y listo tenemos terminado este retrato.

What a great job! I like how you achieved the print of the blouse and the hands. It reminded me of the time I also drew a portrait of my grandmother, she loved it and I'm sure yours will love it too.
