ETH hashrate goes down so will ETC go up?

The ETH Hashrate goes down since yesterday as you can see here:

So a lot of miners switched over to ETC classic, because the difficulty rate is lower, and they make more profit.

Does that mean ETC will go higher in price? Whats your opinion on this? I like to start a disscusion here about this topic, please comment, thanks!
