How does it feel when one is doing what is not appropriate or right to a fellow human or anything related to one judging himself knowing that what he or she did is not right.

Guilty conscience of many people have come a long way in the extent that such person will be pretending to be genuine in the outer look but deep inside them they knows that they have done something really bad just to gain something in a negative way.

Guilty conscience can come in different aspect of life especially if one engages in a fight, take what does not belong to him, make is fellow human unhappy, raise abusive words and so many other act can make one really have this feeling of guilty conscience which enable one to feel bad because he or she knows that what they have done is bad.

When doing something right your conscience stands for you because you know it's your genuine source or act on doing something appropriate or right

However, we all know everyone has a guilty conscience which can be classified in two ways whether good or bad  which is also part of your mind that tells you whether what you are doing is right or wrong at a particular moment.

Imagine collecting something from someone knowing truly your doing it in a wrong way especially when something drops from someone's pocket and your aware of that thing dropping like cash and you instead to keep it to yourself knowing fully is not your own, guilty conscience will definitely arise because such person knows he has engage in a negative way, taking what does not belong to him.

No one is perfect, we learn everyday so as to make a better tomorrow by doing what is right when decision come up in engaging in an act to choose whether it is bad or wrong. As humans there would always be many situations where one have to feel guilty because of the decision made. Such people will tend to feel guilty during stressful circumstances because such people's mind is so overwhelmed. 

I have mine so as others do as well which will always derive this feeling of telling me what to do at a particular moment leaving me with a decision of good or bad which will depend on you to go for one, but deep inside you knows the right decision but guilty conscience arises when one wants to gain something indirectly at that moment.

The whole scenario is that most humans hate to feel bad about themselves and will always want to do whatever that will relieve their mind from negative thoughts so as to have a good and free conscience. 

Another point which I would say is that it feels all right when someone knows about negative thought or guilty conscience about things. It is quite alright to feel ashamed or wrong doings about one’s self. The best thing is to just to eradicate them when such situations occurs.

Feeling guilty also doesn't mean you want to gain something from someone, anger can also cause one to fall into that act because if you can't control your anger it will make you do stupid things or do what will make another person unhappy especially when someone can't control his or her anger.

# Ways to eradicate guilty conscience
## 1. Self control
Self control matters in making right decisions so as to avoid negative act or thought.
## 2. Make right decision
Before indulging in an act ask yourself what am about to do is it right or wrong
## 3. Derive conscience effort about good things around you
Always engage in act of showing love to others by avoiding negative things and make people around you happy
## 4. Accept gratitude
The fact about gratitude is that it's essential to a happy life because it makes one stronger in avoiding negative things and makes one mind free.
