I remember back then when i was working in an Indian company and during that time i was very young compared to the people working there at that time where they were more matured and married people there. It is however the same aim that brought everyone there and that is to render service and get paid at the end of the month. Then it wasnt an easy situation for me because the older people i work with most times wants to take chances by using senority to enable me do more work than them which however is suppose to be equal since we are been paid the same amount of money as a casual worker.

This have been a challenge i have been facing for a little time back then where it have now become a treat that if i dont obey what they say i would lose the work which they would report to our supervisors that am lazy. Every single word they always utter always stand as a motivation for me to keep doing the best i know i can because i I know the reason why am there at the first place so any of the treat or actions they take dont move me.

There's one particular supervisor who have been noticing the way I work came up to me to ask if i would like to work as an operator of a particular machine and with no hesitation i said yes. That was how i became an operator in less than a month i started working in that company where my salary also changed as well. The inappropriate character of other workers towards me became more tough as most of them weren't happy to see me in that position especially having the mindset that they first me to start working there.

I still wasnt moved with every attitude i witnessed from everyone but despite that i respected everyone without showing a bad attitude towards them. The supervisor who changed my position from being a causal worker to a machine operator always showcase one attitude towards me and that attitude is to challenge me in making production of products for that day and if i dont deliver i might lose the work. He does this to me almost all the time and even if i deliver the amount of production needed he still doesnt show concern of appreciation.

That attitude and action he showcase towards me during work was what made me to know how to work under pressure without having the mindset to quit because i still have a goal i need to achieve. But then i came to realize he meant no harm but to display such towards me infront of the people who always challenge me at work to keep that in disguise. The same person who always show an attitude of hatred during working hours is still the same person who always advice me to keep doing the best i can in other to achieve what i want and to avoid what people always say about me.

That however is a motivation and lesson i have learnt till today that still keeps me going and that is to avoid distractions in life especially from people who always feel your not in their circle. The truth is we cant satisty everyone no matter how good we think we are because people will always find fault in you so the best best advice is to avoid people's behaviour towards you and dont the things you know is worth doing well.
