### <center>Un paseo por lecciones maravillosas</center>

<div class="text-justify">La lectura que promueve la comunidad de @Holos-Lotus, luego, amorosamente, las transformamos en lecciones de vida.
 
También  en experiencias prácticas compartidas en los podcasts, en los  [Encuentros de Bienestar](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@irvinc/encuentros-de-bienestar-orpodcast-4-club-de-lecturaor-wellness-encountersorpodcast-4-book-club) que se realizan en el servidor de Discord, que son invaluables para todos.

Así, las lecciones que hemos aprendido de Sivana, a través de Julián Mantle, y recogidas en el hermoso, delicado y sencillo libro [El monje que vendió su Ferrari, de Robin Sharma](https://books.google.co.ve/books/about/El_monje_que_vendi%C3%B3_su_Ferrari.html?id=iBUBhR_pOJ4C&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q&f=false), son herramientas vitales para el bienestar.

Es un paseo lleno de objetos, formas y figuras de significados universales, simbología del camino que recorremos mientras buscamos el estar bien, el sentirnos plenos, el estar gratificados.

Mantle nos pasea por el símbolo del jardín esplendoroso, que nos invita a cultivar la mente, pero también a dominarla.

Que ser feliz es simple, averiguando lo que nos gusta hacer y dirigiendo todos nuestros esfuerzos hacia ello.

A encender el fuego interior, y para esto, nuestros pensamientos tienen que ir dirigidos hacia lo positivo y lo posible, y hasta nuestros objetivos de vida, siempre considerando las dificultades como oportunidades de expansión, tanto de crecimiento personal como espiritual.

Recordemos el faro, que no es más que conseguir nuestros propósitos, pues la vida valedera, en sustancia, es tener propósitos en ella.

Que realizar el autoexamen es evaluarnos, ponernos plazos a la consecución de nuestras metas; y el vivir con júbilo desbordante, cómo propone el autor.

Nuestro fortalecimiento, a través de entender lo que es importante en nuestras vidas, nos transforma en el luchador de sumo, mejorando constantemente, entendiendo que el éxito empieza por sentirnos bien interiormente.

Enfrentarnos a las cosas que nos dan temor, conquistando los miedos y nuestras propias existencias.

No es desprendernos de todo absolutamente y comenzar desde cero, es simplemente el ritual de la simplicidad de vivir sencillamente con el mínimo de cosas, usando lo que tenemos, realizando prioridades en las actividades y vivencias.

Que estas tengan sentido cuando tenemos gratificación en ellas, y en que la existencia sea completamente, o lo más que se pueda, apacible; porque es cierto, como se dice en el libro, que el universo favorece a los valientes.</div>

### <center>Una priorización cuatripartita es lo que entiendo</center>

 

Las lecciones de vida nos enseñan que el tiempo es lo más preciado que tenemos, como bien que no se renueva.

Que al colocarnos prioridades simplificamos la vida, y nuestros esfuerzos son dirigidos hacia esas mismas cosas que le dan sentido a la existencia y que hacen que tengamos la sensación de gozo y de paz que da un sueño de calidad.

Entiendo, que priorizar es vivir una vida cuatripartita, si se quiere; enfocándonos en cuatro puntos cardinales vitales; donde primero, está el crecimiento interior, el cultivo en nosotros mismos.

Segundo, nuestra familia como núcleo, la gente que nos rodea, que nos ama, que nos quiere, que nos cuida; y que incluyen a los amigos y aquellos que crecen con nosotros.

Tercero, el respeto al que nos emplea o al emprendimiento que nos da de comer, y a través del cual podemos costear nuestros recursos materiales y tener una vida tranquila con todas las necesidades resueltas.

Y por último, en cuarto lugar, el crecimiento espiritual; el mantener la conexión con la esencia del ser, con el universo, con el respeto a lo que está vivo, al entorno, a lo creado; a la casa hogar nuestra, que es este gran planeta Tierra.

### <center>La gran lección es vivir el hoy, abrazar al presente</center>

 	

Las lecciones de vida que el libro de Sharma nos deja son múltiples y valiosas.

Las 7 virtudes son para mí el verdadero faro que, en la práctica, nos puede llevar al desapego.

El dominio de la mente, la consecución del propósito, la mejoría interior continua; la disciplina, de la cual ya hablé en un artículo anterior; el respeto a tu propio tiempo, cuando estés listo, preparado; entendiendo al valor del tiempo mismo.

Igualmente, el servicio como necesidad inherente a cualquier propósito, a cualquier objetivo de vida, a cualquier pasión. Y finalmente, el abrazo al presente.

Cómo profesional de la medicina, he tenido la oportunidad de conversar con tanta gente en sus conflictos, en sus situaciones difíciles, en la búsqueda de ayuda; y entiendo que el ser humano no vive el día a día, no se despierta en la mañana disfrutando al estar vivo, agradecido por el nuevo día.

No se levanta absorbiendo los olores del hogar, del refugio; ni agradecido por el refugio mismo, saboreando lo que se tiene y el viaje que se realiza.

El ser humano no sacrifica los haberes cotidianos y hasta culturales, por disfrutar el estar con quiénes ama; de allí la experiencia de sacrificar felicidad por deberes, de no saber saborear el vivir día a día como si fuese el último.

Tal vez la vida no siempre da lo que uno quiere que le dé; sin embargo, agradecidos y entendiendo lo que necesitamos para nuestra realización, la vida siempre nos va a dar lo que se necesita para eso.

### <center>Estamos aquí por una razón importante</center>

Conocer el porqué estamos aquí, tal vez sea difícil; más, sin embargo, el saber que estamos por una razón especial, que todo el pasado no es más que la construcción de lo que hoy somos, y que siendo, construimos el futuro; entendemos que tal vez las razones por la que estamos aquí sean simple y a veces pasen desapercibidas.

El impulso a la carrera de alguien, el hacer feliz a otro, el evitar que un ser muera prematuramente; son razones suficientes para que una persona pueda decir que ha tenido una vida especial con una razón importante por la que estar aquí.

En la vida hay lecciones, y cometemos errores para aprender cómo se realizan las cosas; las experiencias negativas no son más que situaciones fuertes que nos brindan herramientas; y que la visión de lo que es la existencia para cada ser humano, solo puede realizarse a través del corazón.

Como bien dijo [Carl Gustav Jung](https://www.biografiasyvidas.com/biografia/j/jung.htm), el que mira solo hacia afuera sueña y el que solo mira hacia adentro despierta.

### <center>A walk through wonderful lessons</center>

The reading promoted by the @Holos-Lotus community, then, lovingly, we transform them into life lessons.
 
Also in practical experiences shared in the podcasts, in the [Wellness Meetings](https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@irvinc/encuentros-de-bienestar-orpodcast-4-club-de-lecturaor-wellness-encountersorpodcast-4-book-club) that take place on the Discord server, are invaluable to all.
Thus, the lessons we have learned from Sivana, through Julian Mantle, and collected in the beautiful, delicate and simple book [The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, by Robin Sharma](https://books.google.co.ve/books/about/El_monje_que_vendi%C3%B3_su_Ferrari.html?id=iBUBhR_pOJ4C&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q&f=false), are vital tools for wellness.

It is a walk full of objects, shapes and figures of universal meanings, symbolism of the path we travel as we seek to be well, to feel fulfilled, to be gratified.

Mantle walks us through the symbol of the splendorous garden, which invites us to cultivate the mind, but also to master it.

That being happy is simple, finding out what we like to do and directing all our efforts towards it.

To light the inner fire, and for this, our thoughts must be directed towards the positive and the possible, and even our life goals, always considering the difficulties as opportunities for expansion, both personal and spiritual growth.

Let us remember the lighthouse, which is nothing more than to achieve our purposes, because the worthwhile life, in substance, is to have purposes in it.

To perform self-examination is to evaluate ourselves, to set deadlines for the achievement of our goals; and to live with overflowing joy, as the author proposes.

Our empowerment, through understanding what is important in our lives, transforms us into the sumo wrestler, constantly improving, understanding that success begins by feeling good inside.

Facing the things that make us fearful, conquering our fears and our own existence.

It is not to get rid of absolutely everything and start from scratch, it is simply the ritual of simplicity of living simply with the minimum of things, using what we have, prioritizing our activities and experiences.

That these make sense when we have gratification in them, and that existence is completely, or as much as possible, peaceful; because it is true, as it is said in the book, that the universe favors the brave.

### <center>A quadripartite prioritization is what I understand</center>

 

Life lessons teach us that time is the most precious thing we have, as a non-renewable commodity.

That by prioritizing we simplify life, and our efforts are directed towards those very things that give meaning to existence and give us the sense of joy and peace that comes from quality sleep.

I understand that to prioritize is to live a quadripartite life, if you will; focusing on four vital cardinal points; where first, there is the inner growth, the cultivation of ourselves.

Second, our family as the nucleus, the people who surround us, who love us, who love us, who care for us; and that includes friends and those who grow with us.

Third, respect for the one who employs us or the enterprise that feeds us, and through which we can afford our material resources and have a peaceful life with all our needs met.

And finally, in fourth place, spiritual growth; maintaining the connection with the essence of being, with the universe, with respect for what is alive, for the environment, for creation; for our home, which is this great planet Earth.

### <center>The great lesson is to live today, to embrace the present</center>

 	

The life lessons that Sharma's book leaves us are multiple and valuable.

The 7 virtues are for me the true beacon that, in practice, can lead us to detachment.

The mastery of the mind, the achievement of purpose, continuous inner improvement; discipline, of which I spoke in a previous article; respect for your own time, when you are ready, prepared; understanding the value of time itself.

Likewise, service as a necessity inherent to any purpose, to any life objective, to any passion. And finally, the embrace of the present.

As a medical professional, I have had the opportunity to talk to so many people in their conflicts, in their difficult situations, in their search for help; and I understand that the human being does not live day by day, does not wake up in the morning enjoying being alive, grateful for the new day.

He does not wake up absorbing the smells of home, of shelter; nor grateful for the shelter itself, savoring what he has and the journey he is making.

The human being does not sacrifice the daily and even cultural assets, to enjoy being with those he loves; hence the experience of sacrificing happiness for duties, of not knowing how to savor living day by day as if it were the last.

Perhaps life does not always give what one wants it to give; however, grateful and understanding what we need for our fulfillment, life will always give us what is needed for that.

### <center>We are here for an important reason</center>

Knowing why we are here may be difficult, but knowing that we are here for a special reason, that all the past is nothing more than the construction of what we are today, and that by being, we build the future; we understand that perhaps the reasons why we are here are simple and sometimes go unnoticed.

Boosting someone's career, making someone else happy, preventing someone from dying prematurely; these are reasons enough for a person to say that they have had a special life with an important reason to be here.

In life there are lessons, and we make mistakes to learn how things are done; negative experiences are nothing more than strong situations that provide us with tools; and that the vision of what existence is for each human being, can only be realized through the heart.

As Carl Gustav Jung said, he who only looks outward dreams and he who only looks inward awakens.
