I had time without participating in these weekly community initiatives where with very deep or personal questions make us bring out a little piece of each of us and give us the space to be and express ourselves.

Because, I like the idea of trading Hive, but I also like the fact that having enough *Hive Power*, in a bull market, guarantees to earn more curation rewards and support good content on the blockchain, so everything in balance would be the ideal option for me.

En el mundo de las criptomonedas y más para los que trabajan con trading, sí, el negocio es tener criptoactivos disponibles para cuando la moneda esté en su punto más alto, y sí, sin duda alguna apagaría un poco de mi Hive para aprovechar el mercado alcista, siempre y cuando la cantidad no sea exagerada al punto de bajar mi poder de voto para apoyar a los usuarios que comparten contenidos interesantes de mi agrado y yo poder apoyarlos con mi pequeño voto.

The second question is a more personal topic, but one that I would also like to answer because recognizing ourselves makes us know the value we have.

Since I was a little girl, when I was in school I was always teased about my physique, because I have always been very thin and without curves but with a protruding belly, and of course my teeth were deformed and I was the center of teasing, nicknames and jokes in very bad taste. When we are 10 years old or teenagers, these kinds of things affect us in such a way that we have a wrong perception of ourselves, we start to believe in all those ill-intentioned words to the point that we look in a mirror and start to see that in the reflection.

Thanks to my constant work here at Hive and the discipline of going to my dentist monthly, I corrected that problem and when I saw myself in the mirror something inside me healed, and my confidence and self-esteem went up. However, being thin and having a non-aesthetic tummy was still there and since then I have never stopped wearing baggy clothes to hide that insecurity.

My weight and thinness problem is because of my hyperthyroidism, which is accompanied by other rather unpleasant symptoms. And with time I learned to love myself as I am, if money were not a problem, I would rather spend it in a gym to define my body, in a consultation with an endocrinologist to cure my hormonal disease and of course a good diet. Those 3 things, do require money, yes, but less than a plastic surgery and I believe that the long term results would be rewarding, more than any surgery.

Our bodies are perfect, we must eradicate the standards of beauty, because for each one there is a place in the world, but the first place is our heart, we must love ourselves as we are to bring out the best of ourselves.

So no, if I had money I would change my physique through exercise, good nutrition and hormonal balance, but not with plastic surgeries.

La segunda pregunta, ya es un tema más personal, pero que también me gustaría responder porque reconocernos a nosotras mismas nos hace saber el valor que tenemos.

> *Si el dinero no es un problema, ¿considerarías someterte a una cirugía estética para mejorar tu apariencia? ¿Qué parte de tu cuerpo te gustaría alterar? Comparte tu opinión con nosotros.*

Desde que soy pequeña, estando en la escuela siempre recibí burlas hacía mi físico, porque siempre he sido muy delgada y sin curvas pero con una barriguita sobresaliente, y por supuesto mi dentadura que estaba deformada y era el centro de burlas, apodos y chistes de muy mal gusto. Cuando tenemos 10 años o somos adolescentes, este tipo de cosas nos afecta de tal modo que tenemos una percepción errónea de nosotros mismos, empezamos a creer en todas esas palabras mal intencionadas al punto de vernos en un espejo y empezar a ver eso en el reflejo.

Gracias a mi trabajo constante aquí en Hive y la disciplina de ir mensualmente a mi odontólogo, corregí ese problema y cuando me ví en el espejo algo dentro de mi sanó, y mi confianza y autoestima subió. Sin embargo, el ser delgada y tener barriguita no estética estaba ahí presente y desde entonces nunca he dejado de usar ropa ancha para ocultar esa inseguridad.

Mi problema de peso y delgadez es por mi hipertiroidismo, que va acompañado de otros síntomas bastante desagradables. Y con el tiempo aprendí a quererme tal como soy, si el dinero no fuera problema, preferiría gastarlo en un gimnasio para definir mi cuerpo, en una consulta con un endocrinólogo para curar mi enfermedad hormonal y por supuesto una buena alimentación. Esas 3 cosas, ameritan dinero, sí, pero menos que el de una cirugía plástica y creo que los resultados a largo plazo sería gratificantes, más que el de cualquier cirugía.

Nuestros cuerpos son perfectos, hay que erradicar los estándares de belleza, porque para cada una hay un lugar en el mundo, pero el primer lugar es nuestro corazón, debemos amarnos tal cual somos para sacar lo mejor de nosotras mismas.

Así que no, si tuviera dinero cambiaría mi físico a través de ejercicio, buena alimentación y equilibrio hormonal, más no con cirugías plásticas.
