<div class="text-justify">Telos is a decentralized blockchain that was released in 2018, one of the attractions of this is the elimination of intermediaries for transactions between users, which saves a lot of time and effort when making any financial movement. Where each one has the responsibility to comply with and guard the security of the block created, in this sense, for those who violate any of the norms and rules, sanctions and enforcement methods are applied. From my point of view, by making each BP responsible for the block created and its transactions, it is possible to reduce the bifurcations of the blocks that originate the failures that result in scams. # ## It has arbitrators around the world who are elected by the Token Holder. In this case the arbitrators are the ones in charge of making decisions in cases of conflicts between users and the blockchain. The arbitrators are governed by the Telos Blockchain Network Arbitration Rules and Procedures (TBNARP). Is that it does not charge transaction fees, as an incentive for its use. On the other hand, in order to maintain the ecosystem, a fee is charged in TLOS, which is nothing more than an investment made by the app developers, not the users, since the transactions are free for the users. # ## Speed and scalability.
