La vida es conexión/Life is connection. [Esp/Eng]

<div class="text-justify">La vida en conexión es uno de mis temas favoritos, porque para mí estar en armonía, paz, ser y dejar ser feliz, consiste en vivir conscientes de que todo lo que nos rodea nos afecta para bien o para mal. Vivir en conexión es encontrarnos en un punto donde desarrollamos empatía por las personas, los animales, plantas y todo lo que la madre tierra, así como el universo nos da como nuestro entorno vital. Pensar que estamos en este plano astral alejados de los demás e incluso desconectados es un error. Ser independientes o ser aislados son dos cosas diferentes.

El principio de la independencia se basa en comprender que somos nosotros los únicos responsables de todo lo que hacemos, nuestras decisiones y sus consecuencias, es pensar que tenemos la potestad de hacer todo lo que deseamos si ponemos de nuestro empeño y voluntad. En cambio, aislarse es un acto egoísta con nuestra propia vida donde nos escondemos detrás de nuestros propios temores, limitaciones y hasta nuestro ego. Cuando nos aislamos no logramos reconocer lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor, incluso el aislamiento llega a un punto donde nos perdemos a nosotros mismos.

Sé que en este punto estarán pensando en todas las veces que les dijeron que debían aislarse, estar solos para lograr encontrarse, bueno en este punto debo decir que la experiencia me ha confirmado que el termino está mal utilizado, no se trata de aislarse, cuando nos encontramos perdidos, un poco asfixiados y necesitamos lograr equilibrar nuestra vida, requerimos es alejarnos por un tiempo, lo que necesitamos es un poco de espacio; no aislarnos, porque cuando aislamos un elemento es porque lo separamos en su totalidad de todo lo que lo rodea, incluso aislar significa separar y no permitir que nada entre ni que nada salga de tu vida, por eso no nos aislemos.

La vida en conexión concentra nuestros esfuerzos en ese proceso donde somos capaces de profundizar en nuestra vida a partir de las relaciones que establecemos con todo lo que nos rodea. Es decir, logramos entender las situaciones que nosotros generamos y como afectan en cadena a otros y como otros también pueden afectar nuestra existencia. Si prestamos atención he mencionado que somos seres que actuamos conscientes de nuestros actos y que estos regidos por nuestros pensamientos deberían estar en sintonía, ahora bien, en nuestra existencia este aquí y ahora debemos entender que nuestras acciones forman parte de un todo colectivo que se llama vida.

Todo lo que nos rodea es porque nuestra energía hace que estén junto a nosotros, tenemos un poder de atracción que es generado por la energía que emana de nuestros pensamientos y por eso logramos establecer conexiones con todo lo que tiene la misma energía. De ahí, que si logramos entender que vivir en conexión es lograr establecer relaciones saludables y armónicas desde nuestra propia energía positiva lograremos alcanzar la felicidad de forma consciente para nosotros y los demás. Vida, salud y prosperidad mis estimados amigos.</div>

## Life is connection

#

<div class="text-justify"> Life in connection is one of my favorite topics, because for me being in harmony, peace, being and letting be happy, consists of living aware that everything around us affects us for better or for worse. To live in connection is to find ourselves at a point where we develop empathy for people, animals, plants and everything that mother earth, as well as the universe gives us as our vital environment. To think that we are in this astral plane away from others and even disconnected is a mistake. Being independent or being isolated are two different things.

The principle of independence is based on understanding that we are the only ones responsible for everything we do, our decisions and their consequences, it is to think that we have the power to do everything we want if we put our efforts and will. On the other hand, isolating ourselves is a selfish act with our own life where we hide behind our own fears, limitations and even our ego. When we isolate ourselves we fail to recognize what is going on around us, even isolation reaches a point where we lose ourselves.

I know that at this point you are thinking about all the times you were told that you should isolate yourself, be alone to find yourself, well at this point I must say that experience has confirmed that the term is misused, it is not about isolating, when we are lost, a little suffocated and we need to balance our life, we need to get away for a while, what we need is a little space; not to isolate ourselves, because when we isolate an element it is because we separate it in its totality from everything that surrounds it, even to isolate means to separate and not to allow anything to enter or anything to leave your life, that is why we do not isolate ourselves.

Life in connection concentrates our efforts in that process where we are able to deepen our life from the relationships we establish with everything around us. That is to say, we are able to understand the situations that we generate and how they affect others and how others can also affect our existence. If we pay attention I have mentioned that we are beings that act conscious of our actions and that these governed by our thoughts should be in tune, now, in our existence this here and now we must understand that our actions are part of a collective whole that is called life.

Everything that surrounds us is because our energy makes them to be with us, we have a power of attraction that is generated by the energy that emanates from our thoughts and that is why we manage to establish connections with everything that has the same energy. Hence, if we manage to understand that living in connection is to establish healthy and harmonious relationships from our own positive energy we will achieve happiness in a conscious way for ourselves and others. Life, health and prosperity my dear friends. </div>
