Because of the pains I am experiencing on my leg caused by some accidents some time ago I had to try out yoga as part of my **road to recovery**. I felt so tired after the practice. Some of the styles we did are, downward facing duck, which stretches the back; upward facing duck, also stretches the back as well as opens the chest. @nigerian-yogagal ensured I kept going on with the moves even when I was tired and grasping for breathe. I feel a lot better after the practice. She also mentioned that I have lost some weights, 😂. May be the Crypto fall in price is responsible for such, I don't know yet.
