 芡实俗称鸡头米，它是睡莲芡科唯一一种水生食物，就像莲花到后来结的果实是莲子一样，这种睡莲结的是芡实。 芡实是婆婆给我带来的，她一直放速冻里没吃，拿来时已经化冻潮湿，当时是夏天，我就把它晒干了。前几天发现它一直挂在摇篮钉子上。想想这么大老远拿来的，不吃要浪费了，下定决心把它给煮了，仅仅一斤多当时敲外壳都花了我将近一个半小时，轻不行重不行，后来小智慧爆棚找来一个工具，随便敲敲就可以，如果没这个工具指定会敲碎很多。 敲好后当天立马下单了骨头，第二天收到，芡实就泡一天可以用。 准备食材：骨头、芡实、生姜、料酒、盐、葱。  1）排骨焯一下，芡实提前泡一天。生姜切片。 2）把焯好的排骨放高压锅，芡实捞出放高压锅，生姜3片，料酒少许。高压锅压15分钟以上。 3）压好后放入少许盐调味，撒上一点小葱即可。 每人晚饭前吃一碗，芡实非常有嚼头，好像女人吃得比较好。嗨傻瓜吃生姜有吃就有补。
