【私家厨房】~简易红烧肉

红烧肉很多人喜欢吃,但有时候往往烧不好而望而却步,今天我来分享一下简易烧法,几步就能搞定的,味道非常浓郁入味。喜欢就试试吧!

准备食材:五花肉、生姜、红糖、盐、生抽、老抽、料酒。

1)选肥瘦相见的五花肉,锅中放清水,把五花肉洗净放锅里,煮沸焯一下。

2)把五花肉切大小均匀的块,切几片生姜。

3)把肉和生姜片放入高压锅,放入生抽、老抽、料酒、一大块红糖、半勺盐,压3分钟。
4)开盖后先用大火收汁,剩一半汤汁时转中小火收汁到肉被煎炸的声音为止就可以了,这个过程要经常搅拌,使味道均匀,汤汁裹满肉块。

味道很好,小宝都吃了5块,说他最喜欢这个味了,明天还要吃。
