 天冷嘴馋，尽想吃点小零嘴！ 炸花生米很香很好吃，裹层糖衣就更爱了！ 准备食材：花生米、蛋、面粉、冰糖、芝麻、油。 1）把半斤花生挑拣好，打一个蛋进去，充分拌匀，让每颗花生米都有蛋液。  2）分次舀入面粉，一些一些的加，让每颗花生米都裹上面粉，直至每颗都裹不上为止。  3）用漏勺把多余的面粉抖掉。 4）起锅倒油，大油锅，3成热就可以把裹好面粉的花生米倒入炸，会起泡是正常现象，期间轻轻拨动花生米让它受热均匀。把花生米炸熟捞出沥干油。  5）锅中倒入一点清水，把冰糖放入熬化熬浓，倒入炸好的花生米快速翻匀撒上芝麻即可。（让每一颗都裹上糖汁） 糖花生米摊好待凉，等它凉后就可以吃了，脆香甜味道好极了！
