【私家厨房】~酱牛肉块

以前做的都是牛肉酱，这段时间孩他爸在网上买了香辣牛肉酱罐头回来，开来吃，里面竟然是很大块的牛肉，一罐里面没几块，但因为块大给人很满足的感觉，所以我就打算也做一次大块的酱牛肉块。买了一斤牛肉试做，还不错！分享给大家。
准备食材：牛肉，生姜，料酒，生抽，老抽，豆瓣酱，糖，油。（喜辣可以放辣酱）
1）牛肉外表洗净，切块，生姜切片。
2）起过倒油，炒菜的量再多一点，把姜片和牛肉块一起放入炒，炒到缩小一点变色后倒入料酒炒会后倒入生抽和老抽。
3)倒入一点点水，盖上盖子煮会儿，随时搅拌，等汤汁有点干时放入豆瓣酱和糖调味，炒匀即可。
炒好的酱牛肉块冷却后找个玻璃罐装起来，这样可以慢慢享用了哦！
