【私家厨房】~初七火锅

昨天吃火锅还有一些剩的食材，昨晚就说好今晚继续吃火锅。把昨晚剩下的先处理了摆上桌，又添了一些，又是一顿饱餐。

昨天的响铃脆是菜场买来的，婆婆说很好吃，今天没去菜场，我就问婆婆家里有没有豆腐皮，说有后我就决定自己炸着试试，刚好可以处理一下这个豆腐皮，婆婆说放冰箱里很久了都没吃，还不知道怎么办办呢！我今天把它炸了她很高兴。

我先把豆腐皮从速冻里取出，泡水化冻，沥干水份，然后用筷子卷着炸。放入油锅里噼里啪啦的都没好好卷它，炸得可丑了。奇怪的是买的响铃脆炸出来都有小泡和猪皮炸出来似的。自己的豆腐皮还是很好的，炸出来都不会浮泡起来，还是薄薄的。虽然炸得很丑，但是放火锅里涮还是很好吃的。

今天的蘸料做的比昨天好吃，得到了夸赞。冬天吃火锅最舒服了，还很暖和，明晚继续吃哦！
