[私家厨房]~ 爆炒小龙虾尾

买了一斤纯尾巴的,没有带头,实打实的。

小龙虾头基本没肉,而且还脏,为了好处理有时候甚至直接去头拔虾线,这样剩下来的真得只有五分之一的量了。

准备食材:小龙虾尾、青椒、生姜、大蒜头、红辣酱、料酒、生抽、胡椒粉、蔬菜鲜、油。

1)把小龙虾尾洗净,生姜切片、大蒜头拍碎,青椒切小块。

2)起锅倒油,炒菜的量多一点,先把姜蒜放入爆炒,再把青椒和虾尾倒入爆炒。

3)倒入料酒和生抽继续炒,再加入辣椒酱和蔬菜鲜,全程不断的炒,再放入一点点清水盖上盖子焖2分钟。

4)最后撒上胡椒粉炒匀就可以了。

外面的小龙虾这么好吃是因为味道重入味,所以我放了辣椒酱进去,虽然味道没外面的好但也不会差吧!
