 有文友说我烧的菜太红了，今天烧了个颜色淡淡的鸡爪，但味道一点都不淡，因为我放了盐🤭 🤭 。 鸡爪其实要把脚趾尖给剪了的，但我一点点都没想到，等卤上才发觉张牙舞爪的太丑了！ 准备食材：鸡爪、生姜、八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、盐、生抽、老抽、料酒、冰糖。   1）把鸡爪洗净，锅中放水烧开把鸡爪焯一下，剪掉脚趾。 2）准备干净的锅，把焯好的鸡爪放入锅中，放入生姜、八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、生抽、老抽、料酒、冰糖，再放入清水没过鸡爪，大火烧开转中小火卤10分钟，盖上盖子。 3）等10分钟后，开盖继续卤，尝味，淡了放盐，咸了再放点糖。等卤汁收到只剩一层底就可以了。（注意全程都要时不时的翻动鸡爪，一防粘锅，二为了着色着味更好）。 能吃辣可以放两干辣椒，作用不仅仅是加点辣味而已哦！
