牛肉粉丝

昨晚把4斤鲜牛肉给卤了一下，晚餐吃了卤牛肉和菠菜炒蛋、拌金针菇，还有一半的卤牛肉没吃，昨天卤牛肉的时候有一些汤汁，晚上睡觉的时候就想好这个汤汁要煮牛肉粉丝了，想到这个就特别馋了，因为晚上睡觉的时候肚子已经饿了，没办法为了不胖只能饿着肚子睡觉。

今天泡了龙口粉丝，把它当粗粉丝用。把菠菜切了很碎，和葱一样碎。烧这个很简单，只要有卤汁就可以了，卤汁加水烧开，放入粉丝煮，煮久一点，用剪刀把它剪碎，放入菠菜，加入麻辣鲜或胡椒粉煮开就好了，最后撒上葱碎和牛肉碎。和外面卖的味道差不多，自我夸奖一下。估计有香菜味道会更好，但老家地里葱很多很多，所以多放点葱也有它自己的味道。

中午吃了碳水，晚餐就不吃了，晚餐吃了火锅哈哈，吃完火锅，大宝就回校了，这下我又会轻松些，因为他是家里吃最多的，他在家我要准备更多的食物才行。
