【私家厨房】~烤奥尔良去骨鸡腿

现在想吃什么买买真得很方便，孩子要吃奥尔良味的食物，就网上买了一包奥尔良粉，再买了鸡腿自己回来烤。味道和外面卖得一样的，孩子很喜欢吃。

准备食材：鸡腿、奥尔良粉、料酒、生姜。

1）鸡腿去骨，割一条一条的纹路（好入味），把奥尔良粉放入，加一点点料酒，生姜切细丝放入。抓匀腌制2小时。
2）放烤箱、平底锅或空气炸锅中烤。空气炸锅200度烤10分钟后翻面再烤10分钟即可。

取出后可以整片咬，也可以剪一条一条的。奥尔良鸡腿可以做汉堡吃，两片面包一夹。也可以做三明治。还可以裹馒头里吃。孩子对于这种吃饭都非常的喜欢。不出3天孩子肯定又会讨要吃，那就再继续做。
