【私家厨房】~蒸踏板鱼

这种鱼我在菜场从来都不会想到买，好似它不存在似的。昨天，海边的朋友带过来一箱海鲜，里面就有两条大片的踏板鱼，朋友说可以拉掉皮蒸，也可以刮鳞蒸。我就试吃一下，蒸法大同小异的。

准备食材：踏板鱼、生姜、盐、生抽、葱、油。

1）把鱼鳞刮掉，去内脏，生姜切末，葱竖切成丝。
2）把鱼放盘子里，抹上一层薄盐，撒上姜末，上锅蒸4分钟。
3）取出，倒掉盘子里面的水，淋上生抽，起锅倒油，烧到7成热了淋到葱上。

吃着不错，油质挺高，胶原蛋白很多的样子。吃完后自己也可去买来吃，这下不当它不存在了。
