[私家厨房]~ 蒸鱼干

鱼干是年前晒的,之前有写过鱼干的制作方法。

这不出年了,没啥菜吃,就想到这鱼干了。哈哈哈!

准备食材:鱼干、白酒、生姜、葱、有盖坛子。

1)把晒好的鱼干切成块条状,想吃之前一天用老坛子把鱼干放入,然后喷上一些白酒搁置一天。(不吃就切好放速冻里保存)

2)取出鱼干洗干净,把生姜切碎末,高压锅中放一些水,放上蒸架,把鱼干码好,均匀撒上姜末,盖上盖子压8分钟。
3)等可以开盖了打开盖子撒上葱碎后再盖上盖子焖着,等凉了就可以装盘了。

这道菜可配酒可下饭也可当零食吃,真不错哟!
