True intuition is a strong feeling, and if we allow it will its power enable us to make the right decisions. Intuition is the highest form of intelligence!

Intuition is the language of nature, the universal language of humanity, which in the past helped us to survive. Today, unfortunately, we have largely forgotten it and neglected it.

Intuition contains a large amount of sudden information that is difficult to process fast enough with our conscious mind, while other parts of our psyche can catch messages and inform us through our feelings (it is therefore important to be alert to them).

So how to listen and connect with your intuition?

- ***Connect yourself and your own soul***

You are maybe wondering what does that mean. It simply means that you are honest with yourself, that you are authentic, that you don't pretend and lie and openly accept yourself when you look inside you. Only then will you be able to hear what the inner voice whispers to you.

- ***Be here and now***

If you want to feel your intuition, you must be present at this time. Don't think about the past or the future. Only in this way will you feel the vibrations of this moment and what is being told to you. NOW is the moment in which you can make decisions.

- ***Use all your senses***

At the same time try to use all 5 senses: what do you see, hear, taste, smell, and touch? With all the senses, you can easily see clear messages together.

- ***Feel the vibrations***

Try to feel the vibrations on your physical body. Where are they located and what do they tell you? That something right or wrong? Which one makes your heart jump or when do you feel butterflies in your stomach?

- ***Let the soul guide you***

Calm down, stop for a moment. In the stress and rush, one can't really hear an intuition. Just be yourself and feel. Ask your soul for help and answers to tell you clearly what to do. Don't bother and don't strain yourself, as this further blocks the flow. When you are truly calm and left in a moment, the answers will come by itself.

- ***Be conscious***

Conscious of everything already written; the moment, your feelings, vibrations... Consciously observe yourself and get answers.

To listen to intuition, of course, also means that you don't listen to the opinions of your surroundings, their expectations if your heart says otherwise.
