> Importance of recreation for our children

Saludos queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, un gusto saludarlos una vez más, en esta ocasión les comparto unas fotografías de unos juegos deportivos infantiles que se están llevando a cabo en la cancha de la comunidad, tomo estás como base para poder expresar en mi post lo que considero es de gran importancia la recreación sana, mediante el deporte y juegos tradicionales para el desarrollo de nuestros niños.

> Greetings dear friends of this beautiful community, a pleasure to greet you once again, this time I share some photographs of some children's sports games that are taking place in the community field, I take these as a basis to be able to express in my post What I consider to be of great importance is healthy recreation, through sports and traditional games for the development of our children.

<p> Para nadie es un secreto qué en la actualidad niños y jóvenes se han alejado dejando de lado la realización de actividades recreativas al aire libre por culpa de las nuevas tecnologías, videos juegos, computadoras y teléfonos celulares, causandoles un gran desinterés por los valores, la naturaleza y las actividades deportivas, y en muchas ocasiones hasta han llegado a llevar estos videojuegos a ser parte de un vicio difícil de abandonar.

> It is no secret to anyone that today children and young people have moved away, leaving aside the performance of outdoor recreational activities due to new technologies, video games, computers and cell phones, causing them a great lack of interest in values, nature and sports activities, and on many occasions they have even led these video games to be part of a vice that is difficult to give up.

Nosotros como padres debemos poner de nuestra parte para que nuestros niños utilicen su tiempo libre en actividades recreativas que sean de beneficio para su salud, su desarrollo, y que mejor forma que inscribirlos o buscarles una actividad extra curricular que sea de su interés y que les permita tener contacto con otros niños, y aprender cosas nuevas.
Está actividad que les comparto fue planificada luego que entidades gubernamentales realizaron la reabilitacion de esta área, lo cual logró llamar la atención de la población y motivar a los niños a participar en actividades deportivas.

> We as parents must do our part so that our children use their free time in recreational activities that are beneficial to their health, their development, and what better way than to enroll them or find them an extracurricular activity that is of interest to them and that allow to have contact with other children, and learn new things.

> This activity that I share with you was planned after government entities carried out the rehabilitation of this area, which managed to attract the attention of the population and motivate children to participate in sports activities.

Para está semana se planifico un torneo en distintas categorías, el primer grupo de niños de entre 8 a 10 años, el segundo grupo es de la misma categoría pero femeninos, y el último le corresponde libre, para que jóvenes más grandes también tengan la oportunidad de recrearse.
Considero que la realización de dichas actividades, y el motivar a nuestros pequeños a ser partícipes de manera que estos vuelvan a interesarse por esta clase de actividades.

> For this week a tournament is planned in different categories, the first group of children between 8 to 10 years old, the second group is from the same category but female, and the last one is free, so that older young people also have the opportunity to recreate
I consider that carrying out these activities, and motivating our little ones to be participants so that they become interested in this kind of activities again.

Está clase de actividades es mucho más beneficioso que tener a un niño sentado frente a una computadora día y noche.
Los juegos Deportivos nos permite que el niño logré compartir e interactuar en equipo, seguir instrucciones, relaja al niño y evita que pueda realizar cosas mala o busque malas influencias que puedan perjudicarlo, es esencial para la salud pues le permite realizar ejercicios ideales para su mente y cuerpo.

> These kinds of activities are much more beneficial than having a child sit in front of a computer day and night.
> Sports games allow the child to share and interact as a team, follow instructions, relax the child and prevent him from doing bad things or seek bad influences that can harm him, it is essential for health because it allows him to perform ideal exercises for his mind and body.

Queridos amigos, padres y madres, motivemos más actividades recreativas y al aire libre y dejemos un poco de lado las tecnologías mal usadas.
