#### <center> ¿Cuántas veces hemos escuchado que querer es poder ?</center>

Y si bien es cierto que el que realmente quiere hará todo lo posible para lograr lo que se propone  y  que las cosas se den; también es verdad que muchas veces aún dándolo todo, no es suficiente.

¿ Alguna vez has deseado algo con todas tus fuerzas y no puedes tenerlo aún haciendo todo lo que puedes? si la respuesta es sí, sabrás de lo que hablo y lo frustrante que se siente. " Lo di todo y aún así no fue suficiente"; creo que en algún momento de la vida todos pasamos  por este sentimiento que nos llena de tanta frustración y de culpa.

"I gave it my all and it still wasn't enough"; I think that at some point in life we ​​all go through this feeling that fills us with so much frustration and guilt.

Y si ya lo di todo ¿ qué  se supone que debo hacer? ¿ qué más puedo dar? la respuesta: nada, dar las gracias y dejar ir  lo que se deba ir; aunque para muchos es difícil de aceptar (me incluyo) es así. Se debe tener la tranquilidad y la satisfacción de que aunque las cosas no salieron como lo esperábamos, no funcionaron o no se dieron;  hicimos todo lo que estuvo a nuestro alcance, dimos todo lo que teníamos; y eso es bastante, es algo que no todo el mundo está dispuesto hacer. 

> And if I already gave it all, what am I supposed to do? what more can i give? the answer: nothing, give thanks and let go of what needs to go; although for many it is difficult to accept (myself included) it is so. You must have the peace of mind and the satisfaction that although things did not turn out as we expected, they did not work or did not happen; we did everything in our power, we gave everything we had; and that is enough, it is something that not everyone is willing to do.

Escuché una vez de una psicoterapeuta, de que " no se debe darlo todo, ya que uno se queda sin nada", y que se debe  dar a medida de la cantidad que estoy recibiendo, para así lograr un equilibrio. En mi opinión esto es cierto, y también es válido; ya que seamos sinceros, todos esperamos algo a cambio, el dar y recibir forma parte del ser humano, es inevitable. Doy amor para recibir amor, doy comprensión y también espero recibirla a cambio, etc. Pero también opino que a veces el darlo todo SIEMPRE, en  lo que sea que nos propongamos en la vida, también es válido; ya que es la única manera de no arrepentirnos, y no quedarnos con el que hubiese pasado. En fin, llego a la conclusión de que se debe dar y hacer todo lo que este a nuestro alcance siempre;  pero sin dejar nunca nuestra dignidad a un lado.

In short, I come to the conclusion that everything within our reach should always be given and done; but without ever leaving our dignity aside.

Solo al crecer dejamos a un lado esta creencia, y nos damos cuenta de que nos han romantizado eso de que el que quiere puede. Muchas veces uno quiere, lo desea lo busca y lo consigue, y es gratificante; pero otras veces no es así, y eso también es bueno, no pasa nada, forma parte de la vida, y solo hay que seguir adelante. Siempre dándolo todo hasta donde podamos, por que sino ¿ para qué?.
