Consistency is Hard

Must be the millionth time I'd be using this heading, but it remains quite valid. Even for a sport I enjoy, it has it's own unique challenges to it. 

You'd think the runs get easier with years of consistency and lots of practice. They don't in my view, your bodies capacity to withstand them simply increases.

Today's run reminded me of that. I tried to run faster but my body just wasn't up for it. Even when I pushed,  it resisted - reminding me who's boss I think.

Stillz every completed, injury free run is a success, and I take no offence with my performance today.
