Crypto is starting to become a lot easier to adopt for people round the World, even though it is still quite difficult to grasp. As a result of its previous success, users have made their entry into the space without necessarily having a firm understanding of what it offers, and this is true even for many tokens that a lot of individuals choose to invest in.

Ignorance is usually bliss when it comes to the basic investment strategy. People just want to buy low and sell high, making decent returns. Not many are even concerned with the value proposition of the space, if it gets in the way of profits. Of course such a strategy is akin to no strategy at all, and we have seen quite a few users get deeply scared as a result of making the wrong investment. 
# The Decision Making Process 
So there should be some kind of process to deciding on a token, no matter how basic. As I have previously stated, intention matters quite a bit in this regard along with both short and long term objectives. Furthermore, information is key and should not be neglected. Walking in without a process often increases the risk of failure tenfold, and a likely bad experience with crypto. 

When following this process though, we shouldn't complicate our choices with too much complexities. Choosing out projects that do not have  a value proposition that isn't easily understandable for instance is unnecessary. If you cannot explain quite clearly what a project does to others despite without confusing them, and despite your information about it, then that project's potential definitely should be questioned. 

A simple way to decide on your choice of selection is by looking at things like ease of entry and exit, utility, potential for mass adoption, real World adoption along with the developments that could potentially take place. My reason for these choices are simple - if a project is serious about growth and development, they will find a way to make its adoption a lot easier for the basic investor.

Let us not forget that it is the masses that drives a project's potential success. If it is targeted at a few technically skilled people, or some heavy investors, it will ultimately stagnate and die. The success of mainstream big tech companies has always been getting their products and services out to as many people out there.
# Conclusion 
It is one of the thing that Hive has continuously sought to do. We are about one of the easiest projects out there to adopt, and more innovations are geared towards making that adoption process more seamless. There is absolutely no need to complicate an otherwise simple decision, and our investment choices define our experiences.
